Horrible people and the place is a dive. Refused to refund my

They are never open when they say they are. The hours are posted on the door and website, but I've shown up to get my stuff, only to find out they are closed. For example, I am sitting outside trying to get access to my unit, it is 9am on a Saturday, and the supposedly open at 8:30. No one is here and the phones are never answered. This isn't the first time this has happened. Poor customer service. Don't waste your money here.

Please note that I am not a renter, but the daughter of the renter. I was horrified at the smell of my Mom's items. A friend of ours bought my Mom an oder eliminator to try so she wouldn't have to throw her things out.I would advise you to really be careful when considering this place. I hate giving reviews like this, but if it keeps someone from going through what my Mom just went through, I've done my best.
