My name is Jerry Fitzgerald from Pepperell, ma. I have been a member of Lowell Five for over 10 yrs. The staff at the Pepperell Location goes above and beyond to help their customer in anyway they need. Especially Belinda the Branch Mgr she has helped me in so many ways more than I can mention. She helped me to get documents notarised, wire transfer, IRA, CD, and ID Fraud. I closed all my other accounts and put all my money into Lovell Five. If you need documents notarised, possible fraud, credit cards, business account, CD, IRA, checking account, savings account, then look no more cz Lowell Five can do it all and much much more. One thing I like is no appointment needed, no lines, and 3 drive thru. No matter what your need is business, personnel, DBA, CD, IRA, Loan, Mortgage, checking, saving,, ect. Go to the Lowell Five Bank in Pepperell, Ma. If you want to be treated with Dignity and Respect and know you by your name not by a number then do your business with Lowell Five. The whole staff knows every client that walks into the bank by name and greats them with a smile and asks how their day is going as they do your transaction. I wish I could give them 10 out of 10 rating but 5 star out of 5 star is just as good. Lowell Five hands above all is the best bank I have ever dealt with cz they go above and beyond their scope of interest to make sure the customer is satisfied when they leave. One thing I love about their staff is they always say " Is there anything else I can help you with?" That is how much they care about their customers. In my opinion they are "Second To None!" I have a business account with them to teach children, teenagers, adults, how to fight in self defence and win every fight in less than 10 seconds guaranteed. Self Defence by Jerry Fitzgerald. If i have a problem with my business account they fix it immediately. That is why i put all my accounts into Lowell Five Bank.

Lowell Five is such a great bank to do business with. I am self employed and did a mortgage with them back in 2012. Many of the "larger" banks could not work with my self employed financials, and Lowell Five was not only able to help, but came through quickly and with better rates!! The process was seamless. Recently, with business setbacks due to covid regulations, etc... I needed some assistance. Lowell Five was there to help. I cannot thank them enough. Special Thanks goes to Donna and the executive team!! I highly recommend doing business with a local bank vs the “giants”. Definitely check into Lowell Five for your next loan/banking needs!!

Worst bank EVER !!!!! I wouldn't let a cock roach open an account with them. We had bank fraud 5 months ago of $2,0000.00 The Lowell Five Bank after 5 months, which I have been told they inly have 90 days to finish there investigation,took the money out of our account without telling us. I closed the account and the bank took more money on a direct deposit of an account I closed. We, in no way, were the fraudulent party! But the bank for unknown reasons say we are. They took my entire pay check. I live week to week and have two children in the house. We are going to struggle the next two weeks just for food and to pay rent, never mind other bills. I strongly suggest if looking to open any type of bank account that you DO NOT use any Lowell Five bank!!! They could care less about there account holders, they just care about how to squeeze the next dollar out of you!

Poor customer service. I called for help after being locked out of the website through no fault of my own (one try with an error message of multiple logins) and a customer service rep hung up on me. This wasn't the first time this happened with their website. When a customer is frustrated, working with them through their issue and resolving it is a sign of a well-trained professional service provider. Better tech support, website improvements, and helpful customer service would earn more than one star. This bank is a disappointment.

I would give this bank 0 stars if I could. This bank mistakenly put a deposit into my account. It was on my pay day so I assumed it was my check going in and didn't check my balance for a week. This transaction was made on May 16th. Almost a month later they realized they made a mistake and have frozen my accounts. It's not my fault that you have ridiculously stupid employees that can't punch a number right into a computer. So now because of this idiot's mistake It's all of a sudden my fault. Here's an idea punish the employee that entered the transaction wrong. I would NEVER recommend this dinky bank to anyone. F****** imbeciles
