I stopped doing laundry here about a year or so ago because the facility was dirty and grimy, sticky floors, and the whole place smelled really bad. Not to mention it had become a hangout of sorts.I went in early this morning to do a small load and I was pleasantly surprised!The building is clean, neat and tidy and IT SMELLS LIKE CLEAN LAUNDRY!!I must say I was very surprised!I spoke with a very kind gentleman named Ruben Agosto. He is the wonderful person responsible for this amazing transformation. I told him how much I appreciate his efforts and now I'll be back to do my laundry on a regular basis basis again.Thank you Ruben!!

It’s expensive but it’s nice and clean. Parking is a bit tight but you can park out back too. It has there own card you can buy with card or cash

The Big washers are now $19.00! It is not that serious! I get it overhead, but at this point we are paying the price for it to be open 24 hours, this is insane! Went in and turned right back out!

Best place to do laundry. It was 24 hours. I was there late. The people who work there are attentive.Now for a limited time, they offer drying free.The music they played was also ?.The big washing machines were $20, and I spent about $60, but I washed 3 comforters, sheets, jackets, all my daughter's clothes, my husband's clothes, and my clothes. And since I could spread them throughout multiple dryers, it took about 1 hour.I liked it so much that I will probably go back tomorrow and do my college kids' stuff and more comforters.

Since moving to Lowell on April 2023, I’ve come here weekly and having a place to do laundry near me is clutch. To me, the service has been nothing but spectacular. Coming in there weekly and at times bi-weekly to drop off my laundry and have them due service to it has been a time saver. Not only is my clothe just cleaned properly but everything is always folded. I do separate washings/drying so my clothe is always dry and cleaned thoroughly. Having a laundry mat that is serviceable and respectful to their customers has been a great thing for me to go to and not worry about laundry. No matter what, you pay for what you want, and that is time back and not having to worry about doing laundry. Their turnaround speed is quick and when I have a lot of clothe to be washed and cleaned (at times 35-40 lbs), they turn it over within 24 hours. Another great thing is if I’m on vacation, or forget to pick it up right away, they still keep it there, luckily I’ve never let it pass 5 days so I don’t know what happens after that lol. Overall, I’m grateful for their hospitality and hard work so if you can tip the people cleaning and folding your dirty clothe, please do so, because they deserve it.

Ashley is such a sweetheart! She takes care of the laundromat as oif it's her home. I have not been here in about 6 years and I was pleasantly impressed with how clean the laundromat was. Ashley helped me to get updated with a new Laundry card. She is so kind and helpful with patrons. She totally gets what customer service us all about. Ashley is a joy to speak with and I will be a very happy returning customer. Please let Ashley know how very much she is appreciated.

Location is convenient but prices keep increasing & now they no longer offer warm or hot water. Which they charged more for anyways so why take that option away? I prefer to wash towels & bedding with hot water so I will be looking for a new place to go. Not to mention how rude an employee was this week specifically. Couldnt see his name on the tag around his neck but was working 430pm Monday & Wednesday this week.

It’s super clean in there and I love the atmosphere. Nathaniel (I think that was his name) was working and he was very friendly. He knows how to make a customer feel at home. Very easygoing process. Would definitely recommend!
