What a great and friendly place to buy a car. Jon the salesman was excellent and helpful. Never put any pressure on us and was an excellent communicator with us. Steve Alesse, the General Manager is a true professional to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks everyone at Nucar Lannan Chevrolet in Lowell!

Blake was my salesman ~ totally awesome guy. I had interactions with 3 guys in management that were all around good guys too. There was NO creepy car salesman antics either which made buying a brand new 2024 a positive experience. Thanx guys …. BUY AMERICAN ????

My wife and I came in knowing exactly what we wanted. Steve Alterio was our salesman and he didn't pressure us into something we didn't want. Steve listened to what we wanted, and he delivered. It was one of the few times I've dealt with a salesman that wasn't a yes man. I not once felt like Steve was just trying to make a sale. I would highly recommend Lannan and more importantly Steve. I hope he's still working at Lannan when I need to purchase my next vehicle in a few years.

Service Department is incompetent. Took my car there with the check engine light on (the actual problem was that the intake manifold was loose, but I didn't know it at the time). They called me and told me that the car had 10 quarts of oil in it, and they gave it an oil change and told me to come pick it up. (cost of $500 for diagnosing the problem and changing the oil). I drove off the lot and broke down, same problem and had to have it towed back there. They called me and said there was over $2600 dollars worth of engine damage and that it could be more, and suggested I have it towed to the place that originally changed the oil (and supposedly added 10 quarts to it). I had it towed, and the mechanic at the other shop called me to tell me that it was just that the intake manifold bolts were loose, causing issues. He informed me that this is a common problem on these cars and Lannan should have known that. He also verified that they didn't add 10 quarts of oil to the car originally, and if it really had that much oil in it, I couldn't have driven it for a whole month after the oil change. They tightened the bolts, cleared the codes and all is good. I called 3 times and left messages for the service manager at Lannan to call me back. I wanted to let him know that I didn't need $2,600 dollars worth of repair, and I wanted a refund on the $500 I originally paid. 3 messages, zero returned calls. Will NEVER go back to this place or recommend them to anyone.

I can't say new car is the same as the previous dealership that was lannon Chevrolet. I bought a 2009 Saturn Vue for 18 thousand dollars with 46,000 mi on it. Bought it at this Chevy because Chevy own Saturn now. I bought the extended warranty on it to cover it up to 100,000, mi as I refuse to have three years and 75,000 mi because it's a ripoff.. So we while financing this vehicle did 3 years 100,000 mi warranty. Now I went to the sister dealership in Woburn because I worked in Winchester. I had an issue with the O2 sensor after I had brought it in for repair at the sister dealership within 6 months. The same thing happened and the car was useless. The position throttle sensor brake sensor in O2 sensor. We're not communicating with the engine ports A and B which was causing rapid misfiring! The O2 sensor is located in a very hairy spot but being that I bought it from them, it's not my problem. It's covered under warranty! Well the manager of the service department tried to charge me $900 for further diagnostics which I told them when I had it towed over to not touch it until we discussed it in person! My mother who is a control freak OCD that I barely have a relationship with and at that moment in time hadn't spoken to for about a year.. She decided to come into the service department and try to speak on my behalf without my permission.. they ripped out my whole entire engine and put it in the trunk. Then told me I owed $900 for the additional diagnostics in which I declined and then told him exactly what was going on because his pompous ass was trying to make me look foolish. Little did he know my friend owns his own shop and used his snap-on reader that literally diagnoses everything way better than any dealership can ever diagnose because a dealership would never spend that kind of money on that snap-on diagnostics tool. Unfortunately I was forced to voluntarily repossess my vehicle because I got left with an engine in my trunk and Chevrolet totally screwed me! I still think about it to this day and have PTSD from dealing with this dealership and having been screwed over so hard! And then to boot because I went through The dealership for my loan. I was one of the people that got taken advantage of by Wells Fargo! So I'm part of that lawsuit now and still receive money to this day! I know that Wells Fargo has nothing to do with Landon but I still got my loan through you guys on top of getting screwed over! I know that it was the previous owner of the dealership, but I guarantee that guy from the service department the manager is still there... Doing the same thing to people! I pray to God that they are not.. never mind the fact that he tried to embarrass me in front of all of his stuff but I made him look like a fool because I'm not a fool and I actually knew exactly what was going on with this vehicle.. I've reluctantly stayed away from this dealership because of how much it interfered with my life and how much it screwed me! I was working 3 and 1/2 days 37 hours a week and I was treated like garbage by my dealership and told I didn't have a pot to piss in according to my mother from the service manager... I pray to God that this guy does not work there anymore and I pray to God that this landing Chevrolet with the new owners that own the new Mazda are very different! Honest to God the only reason I have not sued this dealership is because I have a Mazda 6 and it is the same owners in Mazda treats me so well and awesome! I couldn't imagine going from a dealership that cares to one. That's like this old lanin Chevrolet! I hope to God this dealership is run differently today. That was not even 7 years ago!

Before you go here, notice how all of their best reviews are from individuals who have very few reviews on their profile, and most of their good reviews aren’t for the service department.I had been here once and had no issues but just dropped off my car and had already had my vehicle’s issue diagnosed. I went in yesterday for a vehicle inspection, and was told that my taillight and wipers failed. I said “OK, I will go fix them myself and bring it back” and was then told that I would be pulled over upon leaving the lot and could get a ticket, heavily implying I’d be driving illegally, and that upon return I would be charged for ANOTHER INSPECTION. Both of which are patently false per the state inspection website, so I was defrauded into spending an additional $95 to replace these, so $40 for 5 minutes of labor max, and when I told them they lied to me, the man said “well you still have to pay” and walked away. I then tried to call the next day and, got the “well I didn’t technically say it would be illegal to drive”, which is true but deceptive at best and fraudulent at worst, and “I never said it would cost another $35 to reinspect” which is absolutely false as that is what I was told. I called the next day to try to get refunded for the labor only and was treated rudely and lied to again. Go elsewhere, highly deceptive service department.

We always go to Lannan for our car purchases and as always the staff is wonderful to work with. Blake Nunn helped me with my first new car purchase and he made the process as smooth as possible. He was considerate of my time and always made sure I was not forgotten as we worked through all the paperwork. He didn’t make me feel pressured into buying a car and was ready with any questions or help I may need. His patience, friendly manner, and positive attitude are the things I look for in a great salesman. We will definitely return in the future.

Chris Heath was great during the process of buying my Jeep. He was patient and explored all the options I was looking at without creating an environment of pressure which is refreshing considering what you'd normally expect from a dealership. Awesome job and would go back if I was to be in need of another vehicle purchase.

Great experience at Nucar Lannan Chevrolet of Lowell. I was an out of state buyer (from Phila) and found the car I was looking for (Ford 150) so I knew it was going to be a process having to fly in to see the car and then fly back two weeks later after the tags transferred. Anthony, Pedro and Joe were awesome to work with, constant and timely communication throughout the whole process and completely knowledgeable for an out of state purchase. They were friendly, accommodating and completely transparent so I would highly recommend buying your next car from them. Thanks guys, great job, ken

This place is disorganized, and it takes forever to get your car. They tell you five minutes and it's two hours.

I had service dept look at my vehicle. I told them I had no compression in cylinder 6. I receives a call a few days later telling me there was no compression in cylinder 6. I was told by Mark that it would cost $640 to find out exactly what the problem is and what it would cost to fix.I received a call a few days later from Mark telling me the "cost to fix would far exceed the cost of a new engine, $11,700." I asked what the exact problem was and he told ne he had the tech stop taking it apart after they did the compression test.I was charged $640 to have them tell me absolutely NOTHING NEW!I am very dissapointed with that kind of service, I was completely ripped off by being charged so much and not getting the answer I was told I would get.I purchased a brand new Chevy Traverse at the same time I brought my 2014 in for this service. Had I known that I would be charged so much for no answers as to what is wrong with my vehicle, I would have bought my 2023 Traverse elsewhere!

ZERO Star. The worst buying experience I have ever had (and I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life). They are not trustworthy. They are scammers. The GM will lie to you with a smile on his face. They do not stand by what they contractually say they would do. They won't return your calls. They will tell you it's fixed when it's not. They will make you wait to bring your vehicle back in for weeks, then make you wait over an hour while they "pull a loaner car around for you," only to find out they don't have a loaner car for you and need to shuttle you to a rental car place, where you have to put your credit card down for a rental. All this occurs while you are on a strict schedule. They will charge your credit card weeks later! They do not care about being an ethical or honest business. They DO NOT CARE if you have a family member in the HOSPITAL that you need to get to, and they know about it. They just don't care about the customer one bit. MULTIPLE people in the service department were very dishonest, hostile and combative. Multiple people across multiple departments make you go out of your way to get answers that wouldn't be difficult to answer if things were on the up and up. They won't even fill out repair orders, so it doesn't get logged into Carfax! They do illegal things right in front of you. They won't give you paperwork that is legally yours. EVERY aspect of this process was mind blowing! I am in shock at how badly they can treat customers and still be in business. They deserve to be investigated for bad business practices. This should not be allowed to happen to anyone. STAY AWAY from ALL Nucar Lannan and their parent company DCD Automotive Holdings that owns a lot of different dealers in the New England area and further! They have Zero integrity. I have dates of the entire experience and can prove what I am saying is true and factual.P.S.They respond to bad reviews with an insincere apology and ask for more info. They know exactly what they are doing and would not have this many bad reviews for the same reasons if they were honest about wanting to be better. One would hope going to a dealer you would deal with less B.S. and get more honesty than a private party deal. They are scumbag scammers.Looking at other poor reviews -- these same issues are being brought up over and over again, over a wide range of years. They clearly do not care about cleaning up their act. There are 5 star reviews on here that after reading should not be labeled as 5 stars.

Another great visit. I brought my car in for service (oil and filter and Tire rotation). I got there about 10:20am for my service at 10:30. I was on my way home by 11:30. I enjoy talking with Marc. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and I feel very comfortable. Thank You
