They made an error, no biggy, they fixed it... then said I needed to come in for a new debit card, I said...ok a waste of my time but ok...went in and they denied me my debit card, said there was issues. I had a positive balance, and direct deposit... called the main branch...was told 7-10 business days will get a new card....3 weeks later no new card...now told that they see an address change... Im on SSI I dont move around, same place as when I opened the account, they are pathetic!!!
