“In spite of the bad circumstances surrounding this place. The hotel takes action to protect their guests. The employees are the best. Very accommodating and attentive to fulfilling your needs. The rooms are always clean as can be. The only thing is to fix that elevator

“Loved the stay here. Very Clean and amazing service. Christine at the front desk was so friendly and extremely helpful and knew every guest by name. The breakfast was the usual buffet served at chain hotels. The double king bedrooms with 2 bathrooms was fantastic for accommodating my family which I have never seen before. I would highly recommend and would stay again! This coming from someone who usually stays in Airbnbs only.”

“Very comfortable bed. Shower was a little weak and prefer hotter water but could have been showering at the same time as everyone else.

Walkability: Not nearby anything and will need to drive to get to food. Though there is one Mexican restaurant nearby.”

“We had our daughter and son in laws baby shower here last weekend. The event space was perfect! The food was delicious and the waitstaff Xavier was attentive, professional and personable. Our guests commented that it was the best shower they had attended! Chloe the event coordinator did a wonderful job overseeing the planning of the shower. We appreciate all her help making this day stress free and such a fun day! From a happy gramma to be!”

“I've stayed at this Residence Inn several times. The rooms are always clean, the beds are very comfortable & I love having the kitchenette & refrigerator in the room. The front desk staff is always friendly & helpful, especially Star. They have a small "convenience store" at the front desk. The inn is just off of Route 495 & there is a variety of retail stores close by.”

“We stayed the night of August 29th during an ancestry road trip. There are many convenient places to eat within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean and the area was very quiet. It was nice to have a mini fridge and coffee maker, even for a short stay that comes in handy. All in all, it was a very good value and a pleasant experience.”

“We had a wonderful quick stop at this hotel. Beautifully renovated hotel and clean rooms. The staff was super friendly and happy to share recommendations for local shopping and breweries.We didn’t spend any time in the gym or pool but they were impressive to check out! If we had more time we would have made good use of the facilities for sure.Not at all a reflection of the hotel but as big fans of parking the car and exploring on foot when we travel, we would have loved if getting to the massive shopping area which was generally quite close was more walkable. But driving was safer (and a quick ride away all the same).”

“Our stay was nice, the individual checking us in had to be asked for water bottles and/or snacks, and we have a good status with Hampton. He was not very pleasant, sorry to say. The hotel needs to be refreshed just a little in the rooms. It was comfortable, but, the doors on the shower, needs to be fixed. The shower floor was slick and scary, not clean enough. Leaving the hair dryer on the bottom shelf toward the very back was extremely hard to get to because I am handicap. My husband got the food for the morning and it was alright. I am not a Karen and just complaining, I say it the way it is. The heat/air was good, the bed was comfortable. I slept well, but, not the very best hotel we had for a 12 night vacation. Now the location to Boston Airport was not too far, gas station was close and so was the interstate. Traffic was horrible getting to this location though. That was FDOT taking 5-6 lanes at a toll booth, down to one. Not a brilliant idea. Chelmsford was so cute and quaint. We ate at Fishbone in town and it was delicious. Maybe check out another hotel or maybe this review will help with some updates. I hope.

“I enjoyed my stay at the Element! My room was really nice and clean! I loved the living room and kitchen part. The living room had it's own TV, couch, and desk area so I could do my work. Although I didn't cook during my stay, it was nice to know it was a option. The kitchen had full 4 burners, mid size fridge & freezer, and a dishwasher. I would definitely stay at the Element again if I was going on another work trip. The breakfast was good too! They had different hot food items each time I got it. The only thing I didn't like was that my mobile key didn't work and multiple times I had to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. Also, they advertised their new bartender but he was only there once during my stay.”
