“This year's (2023) quality of pellet fuel is very good.One thing has really improved. Everyone asks if you need help. I bought extra wood pellets dye cold weather after burning 2 tons. These were inferior wood pellets @$6 a bag. It leaves an odor not normally associated with hardwood which is what it was indicated on the bag to be. Finding a cart to load them on was not easy. It may be time to buy next winters supply from your regular supplier. If you can locate the quality at last year's price with an increase in delivery I suggest you do it. If was another product I'd give them 4 stars but product brings it down a notch. It's an annoying odor that leaves your throat scratchy. It's not COVID.”
“Best customer service I've ever had at any store. Doug went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed including a snow shovel on the off season that wasn't on the floor and went to the back to dig one out of storage for me !! Hands down best hardware store experience I've ever had . Also I go to fill my propane and the gentleman that fills them for me is always a joy and also has excellent customer service. Ensuring my custom tanks are cared for and filled correctly . 10 out of 10 !”
“This morning, my family arrived at the softball fields for my daughter’s East Coast Bandits softball tournament at Roby Park at 7am. We soon discovered a wasps nest near their dugout so my husband headed to Home Depot South Nashua, which was closed at the time. Special thank you to store manager, Terrell, who open the door early in order from my husband to get wasp spray. Customer Service was five stars in above thank you Terrell and thank you Home Depot for exceptional customer service!”

“I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!”

“I was very impressed with the employees here. I shopped on 5/7/2024. Devon helped me throughout my shopping experience. He was helpful and pleasant as I finished my list of items. I then checked out in the garden center because it was cooler. I was second in line behind a customer who was slightly upset and insulted the man in the booth. He apologized over and over and kept his composure. I was also helped by the paint department who helped me with a certain stain color that I needed. Way to improve your customer service! Great job”
“The customer service at the Home Depot is excellent (despite the fact that they are understaffed like all the stores are nowadays). I was helped at the Service Desk by an associate named Emma, and she went above & beyond when I was having a problem with a $$ home delivery item that hasn't shown up at my house and it's over a week late. She made lots of phone calls on my behalf and although the issue still isn't entirely resolved, she has escalated it so that it will be resolved soon. I truly appreciated her empathy and ability to think on her feet! I would recommend that Home Depot give her & her colleauges raises because a lot of the customers were pretty darned grumpy and she and her team did an excellent job keeping everything under control. Retail is rough today and this store has a great and caring staff!”

“Shout out to Dick who is an employee that helped me today. Great employee, better guy. I was in search of Ryobi fan and he helped me look in probably 5 different places. We were unfortunately unable to find any in stock, but he looked in every possible place which even included going up on a step ladder to look at the stock up top. In a day and age where business tend to be understaffed and staffed by unhappy people, this was a great change in pace. Outstanding job on your hire.”
