Immediately upon entering the store, we knew we'd found it. The experience was perfect, and there was no sales pitch. There doesn't need to be when the product is at this level of beauty and quality. I learned a lot during this process, and I developed a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship and care that it takes to make and import our new set. “We had our furniture delivered today. What a great experience! From the salesman to the delivery guys it was a great experience. Our salesman, Stephen Lavoie, helped us choose the colors for our sectional, ottoman and side chair and they are a perfect match to rug and other furniture. Delivery team was in and out is record time, called and gave us a 15 minute heads up. Great experience from start to finish. We had considered ordering something from an on-line company, so happy we didn't. The furniture is beautiful and well made, very happy with it all.”
