Cant beat the prices for a quick fix. Good enough quality for around the house stuff, but cant run a business on their stuff. Unless you want to keep using their exceptional return or exchange program. Yes, they have a great exchange or return set up, adds to the value of what you buy. The people are as helpful as they can be. Again, not a bad place to check out..

whenever you are looking for a tool and you simply just can’t find it at any other store you come here you’re most likely going to find the one tool that you are looking for very quick and convenient. Price is right you guys to go down and check for yourself overall good store and business should give better discount for flyers other than that a Great pleace

Just tried to return a propane torch that doesn't work right they would not accept my return without a receipt even though I still had the credit card that I paid with . my receipt was in my pocket and had gotten wet that day so it was ruined

Wow. You guys gotta get over there and check out the prices of their tools. It's better than Amazon. Some of their stuff is at a fraction of the cost. Brand name stuff. I paid $5 for a flashlight I paid $40 for at a supply house. I bought a coil sprayer for $5. I bought an aluminum pipe wrench for $15. You honestly can't find these prices anywhere else and I'm kinda disappointed I didn't discover this store a lot sooner, like when I first bought all my tools. It's like a big secret or something.

Date of visit 4-25-2023 mid/late afternoon; walked in door with sample in hand of what I wanted to replace.3 employees chatting/hanging out at register. I showed them my sample,They told me they don’t know if they carry it or not but I could look in a certain aisle. I could tell one was assigned to the register but, all of them too lazy to walk with me and help me out. I couldn’t find it. I left without a purchase. And they didn’t learn anything about what they have and do not have. By the time I left there were at least two more customers but the three employees were still chatting with each other
