I paid for early access to the sale. Was told the product would be released on Monday.They only released 50 units until Friday. What did I pay for???? Early access would be till they sell out, not we are keeping more in back for the people that didn't pay for early access, like the woman said.

I like to stop in to Harbor Freight to look around and check out the weekly bargains. This place offers great prices and a huge assortment of tools. I belong to the "Inside track" membership, and it offers bigger savings on more items. I find the quality of the tools to be good to excellent. This is one if Mt favorite stored, 5 stars in my book!

Just spoke with a woman on the phone and she told me she "didn't have time to help me". I was unsure of the product I was looking for, so I was trying to describe it, every time I started to explain what it was she would interrupt me to "go check" and put me on hold. I don't usually write reviews but I am genuinely so off put by this experience. I am not a typical harbor freight customer, but my family is full of them, so we will be trying elsewhere in the future. Would not recommend!

Awesome customer service always found what we needed quick with the help associate always finding new things especially lighting lamps or magnetic ones

I needed some type of electric (box) cutter. I thought of your store. It was my first time going there, I didn't know where things were. So, I see a lady that looked like she worked there. I approached her to ask if the store carries the cutter I was looking for. I got the most uncomfortable look from her. She had a mocking grin on her face like I was a dumb Asian. I still asked politely and she flatly said "nope," we don't have that. Whatever box cutter we have is on aisle 5." I thanked her, went to look and you know what, found exactly what I was looking for! Too bad she gave me one of the worst experience ever of going to a (any) store. I won't be back because of her. I would've loved going to Harbor Freight, Lowell.

Having a local Harbor Freight near you is a God send. If you own a home and/or a car then this is the place to go for high quality tools and accessories, especially if you're in a pinch and can't wait for the delivery trucks. Additionally, the tool quality is on par with most name brands and won't drain your savings.

What's the point of calling ahead to confirm a product being in stock and getting confirmation that it's there just for it to be a pre sale to someone else and the other is the display you can't buy After driving an hour I love harbor freight but screw this one
