2 Weeks in a row the car wash shut down right as I pulled up to the kiosk.Today I was told I can wait for them to reopen since I purchased a $25 wash when I fueled up. I did just that expecting to be next as I was the only vehicle there.I waited about 30 minutes and as they were about to reopen other vehicles pulled up. Instead of stopping the other vehicles and letting me keep my place in line the guy started letting people cut me off and pull in so I nudged my way in and another customer didn't like it and started to confront my wife when she asked him to back up about 2 feet so we can finish pulling in because we waited for about 30 minutes.Instead of being considerate, the car wash employee commented stating that, "If you guys want to be a******s I can shut the car wash down and tell you nobody else is coming in for the rest of the day" even after knowing I waited and he was just letting people in ahead of me.Very poor customer service and disrespectful workers.

Ummmmmmm I have a pending charge from them for $150.... I know gas is expensive but it doesn't cost this... I think it's time to change it up and find another place to get gas. Great timing.... heat wave and all...

I'm only reviewing the vacuuming aspect of this location. The nozzle on the vacuum isn't conducive to a thorough cleaning. It gets the majority of everything, but it doesn't reach tight spaces. It's a dollar, but I would've paid more for a better nozzle and a more powerful vacuum.There's also no platform to lay down and vacuum your cat mats.

I bought gas gift cards at Christmas time at the Bridge St. Station but misplaced one of them and just found it. It was for my brother who was picking it up this afternoon so I put it on the coffee table so I'd have it handy when he came. Left the room for 2 minutes and when I came back,his card was in pieces and the gas card had an edge chewed off. I called the main office and also the station on Bridge St. The manager was so nice and extremely helpful. She said they would honor the card! Thank you so much! Puppies are so naughty!

A staff from Haffner's, (Renee) came into my office and stated that a customer left a wallet at the gas station. She found my business card in the wallet and came down to my office, so I can reach out to the customer for her. I was able to reach out to the customer on her behalf. And he was able to pick up his wallet. This is above and beyond customer service. Thank you Renee D.

Haffners as a whole is a great company. Their car wash/gas prices are usually reasonable and their car wash effectiveness is definitely great but their drying system doesn't work so well. I've been many times to both get gas and a wash and am always happy with the outcome. I highly recommend giving them a try but, be sure to bring some towels to wipe your car down with.
