I had been going here to do taxes for the last 4-5 years. Overall the experience has been great besides having to beg for an appointment from time to time. This year I had been reaching out numerous times since February and could never get a response this year. He finally replied on April 6th stating he was really busy and needed to charge me more. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth since he had been doing my taxes for so long. You would think most small businesses would value loyalty and consistent customers. Especially knowing how many tax options are out there these days. Good luck to you sir. Best wishes and I hope you place yourself in the customers shoes and choose to treat anyone how you would want to be treated after doing business for so long. I am sad Gustavo!

Always a great and fluid experience. I never dread tax time anymore, and it's all thanks to Gustavo and his efforts. 10/10 recommend, not for the ease of mind, but also for the lovely company, and supreme hospitality.
