Do not get a car from here they will rip you off without caring one bit! They are very crap mechanics and techs! And sales will act very nice but they are TWO FACE!!

I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM for my appointment. All I needed done on my MKZ was a recall, and a trim piece installed. I called at 1 to ask if it was done. I was told it was coming out of wash and it’s almost done. By 2:30 I didn’t hear anything so I figured it had to be almost done. I got there at 3 and saw my car had just started to be worked on. I waited there till 5 to get my car back. They did a terrible job installing the trim piece. The piece is sticking out and I can press down on it and it makes a sound, It is not properly installed. The weather stripping also looks like it wasn't sealed right around the new trim piece. The other side of my car is completely flush. There are also scratches on the trim next to where they installed it and there is a bad scratch on the wood trim in my car that wasn’t there before I dropped it off. The wood trim piece is in the same spot they worked on. I am extremely disappointed. They charged me $180 to scratch up my car and not install it properly. This is the second bad experience I’ve had at Gervais Lincoln and I will never go back or tell anyone to go there. At this point, I don’t even trust them to make it right to me because it’s been my second bad experience. They are 100% a sketchy dealership. I am planning on reaching out to corporate to tell them my experience. I hope this helps the next person so they don’t have the same experience as me.

Excellent service---They located the problem in a Tech Bulletin and ran the software update---after a week of driving the problem has not repeated itself---very satisfied---Phil

PLEASE READ! I brought my Lincoln MKZ in last week for a full diagnostic check for my engine light, shocks and I also mentioned to Nick and Chad about my leak in the trunk…My car was gone for 4 days and I was assured by Nick and Chad it would get fully diagnosed and then we will talk about fixes. Turns out Lincoln cannot repair the leak… fine. However, when I ask about my engine light and my shocks they told me there was not enough time to look at it…So they tested for a leak for 4 days knowing I knew where the leak was?! Oh on top of that it was still a service and was charged $180. If I want my other issues looked at it will be another week and another $180….I have called and left voicemails looking for answers. I think the real answer is to find a more reputable company

Best Experience in over 40 years buying cars.We don’t usually have good experiences in buying cars. BUT Our Salesperson Kei was a professional consultant. Very friendly and informative. Our trade was fair, Lincoln cash assistance was fair and the Lincoln finance had great rates. Kei made the total experience go smooth .His follow up calls and attention to details was superb. Delivery was on time, and with his patience educating us on the dash screen ,we could not have asked for a better experience. Gervais Lincoln and Kei made this our most enjoyable purchase. Thank you!

Had an appointment for my Navigator. We had a 3 way call with Lincoln about the transmission. Gervais stated they would have a Navigator for me as a rental but if the transmission was bad they wouldn't start repairs until September. Totally unacceptable. Good old bait and switch.

Service is always professional, no complaints in the last 7years!One comment/rant for corporate consideration regarding accessories for the 2022 Lincoln Nautilus, specifically wind deflectors. It seems there is no option for in-channel wind deflector for side windows, only the stick-ons that don’t weather well in New England and look sad & cheap (especially with the chrome side window trim). Every bad weather day, I curse the fact that I can’t have professional-looking deflectors. Why?!

I bought my 2017 MKC a year and a half ago. I was told I would get a second key. My salesman never contacted me about this. Well I received a call a week ago from the service department about this. The salesman called me back and said can you bring your car in for us to program the key. I moved and live 2 hours away, he proceeded to say “you will have to pay out of your own pocket”. It’s clear the salesman didn’t care as he already received his commission on the sale. I would never recommend him or this dealership after all of this.

Usually service here is excellent. Today, I was initially happy that they had changed the oil and addressed the issue of two of my tires that had slow leaks. I told the intake person I had filled them multiple times.When I got the car back tire pressure was fine - for 5 days - until the pressure began to fall again. I took the car to Towne Fair Tire in Billerica, who removed a screw from one tire and a screwdriver shaft from the other tire.There was a breakdown in communication between the person receiving my request for service and the person who ultimately performed the service. I felt as if someone took the lazy way out, which is not the standard of care one usually receives from Gervais service.
