I went in to replace my record player's needle and they said that if they don't have it they'll order it. These guys have been in Lowell since my grandfather was my age! Cannot recommend this enough. If I ever buy any arcade games, I'll trust Garnick's for the repairs. Thanks for giving me a huge look into the past. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

I went to this record store 8 years ago (in 2015) and was looking for Buckingham Nicks and I left my information. Well...a couple of weeks ago I got a message from Bob and he said that my record was in! He kept my information for EIGHT YEARS. I told him that I've moved across the country and he offered to mail be the record. I received it in perfect condition today and I am so excited and grateful. Cannot recommend Garnick's enough.

Awful service. Just interested in your money, zero quality control. Make sure to look at what you're buying prior to leaving the store. I've had to return scratched records. A gentlemen came in looking for a Tangerine Dream record. Owner says he might have one in the backroom, but he's not going to look for it unless he's going to buy it. WTF? I don't like being badgered while I shop. CDs are way overpriced. Just a mess of a store. TV parts all over the place, in the way of the records, sometimes you can't get to a rack because of the broken down TVs. Repairing them seems to be a real challenge too. And when you take something to the counter you shouldn't have to wait for the owner to look on Discogs for what others are asking for a record, and then base the price on that. There aren't any deals in that store, Take, take, take. I won't set another foot in that dump. Three brothers that should have retired 50 years ago. Zero musical knowledge amongst the three of them. The owner is the only one that has a clue, the other two just eat.

Wide selection. Hard to dig through the piles but there could be just what you're looking for hiding in them. Don't expect top dollar if you're selling to them but they aren't the worst.

There are very few businesses like Garnick's. Total throwback. Lots and lots of vinyl and vintage equipment. And Dave is one of the few persons around who has years of experience working with jukeboxes. He has kept mine running for a decade or more. We are loyal customers.

I love them so much!! I hope they wouldn't mind me saying this, but they are the Golden Girls as guys ❤️ They can fix anything and they have every record known to man. A hidden (?) gem!

I would call this place a gold mine. Full of hidden gems. The vinyls are in better condition than any other crate digging record store I’ve been to.

Terrible service, employees were yelling at each other and cursing. Bad selection and awful business practices.

Great place for everything audio that you need. The 3 guys have a total of 150 years of experience in the business. It's worth the visit.

I love this place. I always go in intending to get 3 or 4 records for my collection and come out with 15. Place is one of a kind and you can spend HOURS there without even realizing it.
