Glenn has been my insurance and investment agent for nearly 4 decades. He and his entire staff have never disappointed me. They have handled all vehicle needs, vehicle accident recoveries, homeowner claims and retirement investment strategies saving me $$$. GEICO boosted my insurance from nearly $4000 per year to nearly $8000 per year after my car was vandalized. I have a spotless driving record. G M was able to get me a premium of under $3000.. Huge difference.

Paying extra money to get my money fast(1-2 bussiness day) from my 401k it's been over two weeks, no response. Since mid January and it's not a week into feb. I called and called and the person is on vacation.3 weeks and no one to do his work.This is ridiculous .Worse , worse , worse.

The worst insurance agent I have ever dealt with in my life. Non responsive to email or phone calls. Can't coordinate internally among their own staff "oh, I thought so-in-so was handling that for you". Repetitive requests for changes and updates that never seem to get properly processed, and when they do, more often than not a "bad" change gets introduced so you have to start the change process all over again to undo the "extra" error. I finally gave up and moved all my insurance to another agency - this includes boat, cars, trailers, motorcycle, and home. In the move, I saved over $2000 and finally got the reduced rates I qualified for that this agency was simply incapable of providing (or refused to provide possibly because it would impact their bottom line). My suggestion is avoid this agency at all cost.
