We ordered several funeral flowers for my Pepere's funeral about a month ago and had a good experience in the shop. When you have such a hard loss in the family and can barely get through the planning process, it is so comforting to have kind and patient people to work with and we were very appreciative. The floral arrangements were so beautiful and it made us feel good to honor our Pepere in that way. Thank you very much Flowers by Albert!

Great place for all your flower needs In Lowell. Just discovered them recently, but will definitely be coming back. Fast service, and they can customise the bouquet to your exact demands. They are a 3rd generation family business, so they must be doing something right!

My adult sons walked into this shop looking for advice to purchase flowers for a family member who passed away. The person who greeted them was very rude and had an enormous attitude because they were not sure what they wanted. Once my son stated what the flowers were for he apologized for his loss and “tried” to assist. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU NEED ANY GUIDANCE!!
They did buy 2 large vases and some flowers but did go to another florist and spent about $150 for the rest of the flowers because the attitude was too much. Clearly they don’t need the business if they can’t speak respectfully without judgement to ALL ages!!

I live in PA and placed an order to send flowers to my sister in MA. The flowers were delivered the next day and looked like the picture on the website. They were reasonably priced as well. I would definitely get flowers from Albert's again!

I’ve ordered flowers from Albert at least twice a year since I moved to Lowell. He never disappoints. I don’t even pick the flowers out, I simply call him, tell him my budget and explain I need something very fragrant, and he always delivers exceptionally fresh robust bouquets bursting with fragrance - every time!
As long as he remains open I don’t see the need to ever shop elsewhere. Loyal customer.
