My daughter and I had an appointment for wedding flowers at the Lowell location. When I called to make the appointment, at no time did anyone mention that they were no longer located in Lowell but had moved to Haverhill under a different name. Imagine our surprise when we showed up at the door and the place was deserted, like a ghost town! It wasn’t until we approached the entrance that we noticed a sign in the window saying they had moved to Haverhill with only a phone number given. This was a complete failure on their part and a total waste of our time!I called the number and told them what happened, how it made us feel, and that we would be taking our business elsewhere. Not a good way to start off a business relationship! I cannot and would not ever recommend them, based on our experience.

My daughter and her boyfriend sent me flowers to celebrate my retirement from teaching. They arrived on June 5. I was amazed at how beautiful they were! Here we are 10 days later, and they're still gorgeous and smell wonderful! I can't remember ever having flowers last so long! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Ordered a "designer's choice" Get Well bouquet via phone call. They delivered the bouquet on the same day to Lowell General, despite it being after 11 a.m. when I ordered. My aunt was so happy to receive her flowers that they brought tears to her eyes. Thank you very much!

My husband sent me a dozen roses for my birthday at the cost of $115. The roses looked like I bought them at the supermarket and threw them, no arranged, in a dollar store vase. Not one piece of baby's breath, no bow, nothing... very sparse. They look NOTHING like the arrangement on line. When I called them, I first asked what ordering roses came with and the woman told me how nice they would be. Then, I told her that I actually received some from them and how bad they were. She pulled up my order and said that the reason it included nothing is because they were only ordered with greenery and wrapped roses. When I told her that was funny, because they didn't come wrapped, they came in a vase, all she said was "oh well sorry". I then told her that I wish my husband would've looked at their reviews, because they are all horrible. To which she said again "sorry". I then told her that it was unacceptable, and that I would never order from them again and I would be giving them a bad review, her response was "sorry, OK". Apparently, they don't care about satisfied customers. STAY AWAY FTOM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I had ordered two funeral arrangements through the Flower network from a florist in NH. One was to be a spray and the other a large vase arrangement. The NH florist took detailed information on size and color, leaving the type of flowers to the digression of the florist. So embarrassed with what showed up at the services. A bouquet from a supermarket had more flowers in it! Mostly carnations, a couple of roses and very VERY small - EXTREMELY disappointed!! The Flower network worked with me to refund a portion and the original flower shop that I ordered through also offered to make this right. Finally Flower declined any wrong doing, refused any type of refund and were very rude on the phone. I am all about supporting small businesses - but based on my experience and the other reviews - I think this one should shut its doors.

Roses are huge. Absolutely beautiful arrangement. They had to come back a second time to deliver it since I wasn't home the first time and it was too hot to leave it outside. Thank you so much.

The flowers arrived for Valentine's Day wilted and smelling like the driver was smoking with them in the car all day! The smell of smoke on the flowers was so bad we threw them away

paid extra to have them delivered early 9 am to 12 pm and they were delivered at 5 pm in 20 degrees weather for 2 hours. we were at dinner I told them why I wanted the flowers delivered early for my mom's birthday. the arrangement was ugly and the flowers were dead. I also got 2 balloons for a kid's birthday and a masculine balloon. so irresponsible and careless. I was so disappointed and embarrassed of the crap I paid 140.00 to give to my mom as a gift.

I had ordered some flowers for my wife, but I did not know that a snow storm was hitting the area. Despite the storm, the flowers were prepared and delivered in a timely manner. I was very impressed with their delivery service along with the flowers themselves. They look and smell amazing!

A friend sent me, or thought he sent me a vase of a dozen roses......we all know a dozen = 12 ! What I received was 10 roses in a glass vase, no ribbon, no baby breaths, etc. I so appreciate receiving flowers but, Finally Flowers is not the florist you should use !!

I received two arrangements from these folks recently. One of them, the one I received first lasted far longer than arrangements I received in the days to follow. It was so pretty and delicate; a lovely expression of the sender. The second arrangement was a bit less elegant, but still quite pretty. I am not sure how either arrangement compared to what the senders thought they were ordering, nor do I know the cost, but I realize sending flowers isn't cheap... These were very pretty and brightened our days....

I emailed Finally Flowers 2 MONTHS ago, and they still have not replied to my complaint about my order. So all I can think to do is steer others away from this place.Back in February, I had trouble with the website ordering flowers. I tried online for multiple times each day because I was in another country and wanted to surprise my mom with flowers for her birthday. I eventually gave up and had my sister call to order them since it would cost me a fortune to call out of the country. They had to make the arrangement 3 seperate times for "better" flowers. I wish I could attach photos so you could all see just how bad they were. I ordered a simple arrangement of purple tulips. And what my mother got- again on their third attempt- was drooped tulips hanging over the edge of the vase.Mind you, my mother got better flowers from her coworker who bought them for far cheaper at a grocery store...I’m incredibly disappointed for the amount I paid and the trouble I went through to get this order placed. Never mind the trouble my sister went through going back and forth to the store three times in bad weather(snow) to get these. I have ordered from here in the past for Mother’s Day and the arrangement was beautiful, but this gift for my mother's birthday was certainly not worth the $60.00 I spent.
