I will never go back and will be closing all my accounts. Was told that there is a $10 charge to have an agreement notorized. Every other bank I have an account charges nothing. Enterprise, you just lost a long time customer.

Don’t use this bank. If you accidentally overcharge your account you will get hit with a $60 fee. I don’t use this account anymore because I currently owe this bank over $500 in fees alone. Banks like this are very bad and I urge everyone to stay away. Stealing money from poor people that are barely getting by. Thanks enterprise i have chase bank now and love them so much. Chase bank has been better to me in every way. Enterprise said they would only refund 1 of my overdraft charges. Thanks for the $60 but I still owe you over $500.

Extremely helpful! Amanda Pitre helped me open a business account in no time.With the crazyness of starting my own non-profit, meeting with clients, going to court, etc. She was very accommodating and completed all the paperwork in no time!I had gone to two other banks prior and did not receive the service that she provided at Enterprise Bank.So, thank you!

Bank not loyal to long-term customers. Started an account at 17 was with this Branch for over a decade so it shocked me when they asked me to get my mother's permission to access the account. This account was in my name and my mother's name I've been using for over a decade without my mother's permission. But after all this they let an unknown person withdraw money from my savings to pay a Cable/telephone bill online. I asked how's this possible it's a savings not a checking's they say I don't know. Staff is conceited! and arrogant when a problem occurs dealing with customers. Enterprise Bank, Gorham St, Lowell, MA 01852
