“I went to this store because I was insanely unsatisfied with AT&T and their BS and was looking for a more affordable phone provider. The associate who helped me, I believe his name was Allam, was very helpful and kind. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I told him what my budget was and he followed through down to the last detail. I left the store having spent much less than I anticipated. Thanks for a pleasant experience.”

Was served by Alex - who managed to get me a great deal for a prepaid SIM and also fix some billing issues that were caused by a sneaky Metro staff from another store who added a $10 insurance charge to my account without my authorisation or knowledge.
