It’s not every day you find a mechanic on a whim through a Google search and have such an impeccable experience as I did today but alas, it happened!! The employees were nothing short of professional, friendly and most importantly, honest. Honest regarding the parts needed to safely complete the job and honest regarding the cost, which was on the lower end of the quotes I’d received. I dropped my car off at 8 AM and had it back by 3 in the afternoon, and everyone knows in car repair time, that’s impressive and super convenient. Fingers crossed I won’t need to see these guys for a long time, but if I do need a car repair down the line, I won’t hesitate to bring it to Dutton!

Owner is very nice. I was short into a road trip when I got stranded in the area. I found his shop on Google and called. He was willing to sacrifice his own time after hours to help and remained in contact through the towing process well after he closed up shop to ensure everything went smoothly on my end.

Amazing service, Nhan is a very kind honest man of his work and does an incredible job. I brought my car in yesterday, it was giving me multiple problems. Amazing! Highly Recommend! I had a noise coming from one of my back wheels that was mysterious at first. I called the shop and spoke to Nhan who greeted me welcomingly. He was able to carefully and with attention to detail discover the main issue once I brought my car in the same day.
Ordered the part and he worked on it next day for a price I was happy to pay for his honesty and work. Couldn’t pay him enough if you ask me!
His knowledge as a mechanic left me assured the problem was going to be solved.
I will be returning as the whole interaction, process and outcome was amazing. Was able to get back on the road and working again. Thank you!

My first time at Dutton Street Auto Repair came here to fix my o2 sensor, and let me tell you, Nhan really know his stuff! .First off, the staff at Dutton Street Auto Repair were incredibly friendly.The mechanic wasted no time in diagnosing the issue with the o2 sensor. One of the best in Massachusetts. Called Nhân about an electrical problem on my car that others couldn't figure out, and while he couldn't book me at the moment, he shared his extensive knowledge on common problems for my car on the phone. Right then, I knew he was a master at his craft.Booked a week later, he told me "give me a few days, electrical problems usually take some time." Later that day, he showed me pictures of what exactly was wrong, as well as my car surgically disassembled. He then went to tell me exactly what he could do, if he could repair it and what it would cost to replace it if he couldn't.He repaired it and my car was ready to go the next day. Full communication all the way through. No excuses and no nonsense. His professionalism is top notch. Nhan took a look at my ebrakes on my old escalade and among other things. Called and let me know what the issues were, explained what the costs are, etc. and didn’t charge to look at it. Very professional and honest mechanic. Would definitely come back.
