I dealt with the parts department very courteous people there they had my part I was able to get it right away and get my truck fixed

I went there on December 6th to buy a used card that was advertised on AutoTrader. I knew specifically what I wanted and the target price I was looking for.
I was greeted by a sale person (Taryn Green) who was very courteous. At first, I had a very good vibe about this dealership and the way I was welcome. Unfortunately, that didn’t last.
I waited a good 15-20 minutes to get approval from Taryn’s manager (Corey Thet)for a drive test. After the 20 minutes of waiting, Corey finally came to see me and started interrogating me like an immigration officer (it was the first time he saw a foreign license belonging to a white person). He proceeded with asking me the same questions Taryn had meticulously asked me before that. After another 10 minutes I was allowed to finally drive the vehicle.
I then wanted to negotiate the price. Since Taryn was not trained to negotiate prices, I had to wait another 5 minutes for Corey The Busy Man (mind you, I was the only customer in the store) to deign spend his time on me. He had a poor attitude and I felt he was very condescending. He also obviously didn’t take me seriously.
I ended up buying the same car the next day from a different dealership. Too bad, I actually thought Taryn would have sealed the deal if Corey hadn’t decided to put his nose into this.
At least Corey, I wanna thank you for being natural and coming clean as to what kind of person you really are.

Purchased a '15 Fusion SE AWD and a '12 Fiesta SES from this dealer in December, our salesperson (Paul) was amazing however some of the sales staff are most certainly your typical pushy, rude, dismissive car sales types. Paul has one the best sales records in the dealer and it shows. He cares about his customers and does work to find something that works for them without being rude or pushy at all.
Just had the SES in for some minor issues with shifting and they handled the warranty flawlessly, we got a loaner for 3 days with 6 miles on it and they even fixed a couple other things they came across while working on the car (that's why it took 3 days). Drum Hill's customer service and warranty work is top notch.
The service advisors can be a bit curt but they are always super busy, get me out the door quickly and are there at 6am so I take that with a grain of salt. I am not happy at 6am either!

Called ahead and made an appointment for an oil change and then when I got there, they said that I didn't have one and it was gonna be a few hours. Probably not coming back

I can’t even begin to thank the staff at this dealership! With an engine about to blow, I needed a new car immediately and unexpectedly. Obviously a huge financial strain for a young car owner. Christina Ward and her peers could not have been more amazing, explaining every step of the way and making sure I was comfortable with the process. This is the second car I’ve bought from McGovern and I doubt I ever go to a different dealership for as long as I live in the area. Fantastic service all around and I highly recommend coming to McGovern Ford at Drum Hill for all services needs and your next car!!

No longer Drum Hill Ford. McGovern Ford! My husband and I had the best car buying experience ever! Christina Ward was our amazing salesperson. No guff, straight on honest and so pleasant to deal with. Sambo Sorm was her sales manager, a brief but good experience... Chan Sorm the finance guy, very professional and great to work with. Christina worked within her sales department and her service group to get us a clean, clean used truck, a new backup camera and extra keys for a used truck. The 2014 truck looks like brand new. I would go there again in a heartbeat.
