Services were good until she asked to cut my ends and proceeded to show me she how much she was cutting off so I felt comfortable with it then she cut of a good 4-5 inches MORE off my hair

Excellent work, my hair is really very frizzy and no matter what product they put on it, it doesn't lace completely and yet she made me look like a monaliza ??? and not to mention my daughter's hair was beautiful for her birthday party. I recommend it 100%.

This place is seriously disappointing. The hairstylist Theresa who owns this place is very unprofessional. I have visited her after making an appointment only to have her be super late or have another client take my slot during my appointed session. Never visiting this place again especially after my 4/6 appointment was delayed by an hour as she had taken a walk in prior to my arrival (who supposedly had made an appointment but could not be confirmed). I called Theresa out on it and she and the client banded together to call me problematic since I didn't want to be kept waiting as I had made an appointment for two. The client cursed me out thinking I wouldn't understand Spanish with Theresa backing her up saying I'm causing trouble. I ended up not liking how my hair was styled and pointed it out to Theresa who didn't care as she was already frustrated with me and didn't bother to fix it but moved to fix someone else's hair. I wish she was upfront about saying that even if you make an appointment she will take walk-ins and not honour appointments. She truly lacks professionalism, not to mention she was eating a granola bar, touching it then touching my hair during the flat ironing process..urgh! If you value your time and peace, find someplace else

My sister recommended this salon. I drove 40 minutes to Lowell to get a blow out. From the moment I walked in, I told the owner what I wanted it. She then insisted that's not what I wanted, and I needed a relaxer. When I insisted I wanted a blow out, she then insulted me by asking if I ever had a blow out before. Then she turned over to her multiple friends who were in the salon and started speaking Spanish while glancing at me. After her assistant washed my hair, I sat on the chair for at least 1 hour. Although she was finishing up another client (which I completely understood). When she finished up that client, her & her friends took an extended lunch break. Not once during the 1 hour plus I was waiting, did she or her assistant say one word to me. When she finally did my hair, again not one word. Not even, what's your name...nothing! Most hairdressers I've been to, would at least try to engage in at least minimal conversation with a new client. Honestly I felt like she didn't want me in her salon, and if I hadn't driven so long to get there, and had an event the next day, I would have walked away. Even when she finished my hair, she got up and walked back maybe 6 to 8 feet. I had to ask her how much I owe her. She told me $30. I only had two $20 bills. I was so embarrassed and angry, I just gave her the $40 said thank you and walked away. Even then, she said nothing to me until I got to the exit door, by then she really she got a $10 tip for treating me like s**** that's when she said "thank you honey." To be honest, she is talented. My hair came out great. If she wasn't so unprofessional and downright rude to me, I would honestly give her a 5 star. After leaving the salon, I was so angry and hurt. It really left me wondering why she would treat me the way she did.

Very bad service, well, there was no service at all! I called one day before to set an appointment, when I arrived no one was there, I knocked on the door for a while, I called on the phone 4 times and no one answered!!
