“Although convenient to my personal location, this particular Famil Dollar was starting to become my "less -frequented" store out of the 2 in Lowell. Reason being, their stock was becoming less and less on items I specifically shop here for. After a recent visit, I was pleased to find that they have made much needed updates and renovations. There were alao an abundance of store workers who were extremely friendly, curteous and eager to assist. The only reason for my 4 Star rating is that they were still in the process of renovating and unpacking new items to stock, but I am certain that as soon as this is complete, this will be my MOST frequented Family Dollar!”

“04/17 ---After some grocery shopping at MB my baby wanted to go here to look. That's exactly what we did and ended up shopping for 2 hours max. They were tired while I was still browsing so they decided to sit/semi lay on the display couches. Many workers walked by and didn't say a word besides an old Asian woman who was very disrespectful and yelled at my kids to get off. I know my kids are just kids but that doesn't mean she couldn't have dealt with them respectfully. They were just on the couches not doing any harm to anyone smh. She's lucky I wasn't in the mood to put her in her place.
Accidentally bought boots for my daughter that didn't fit and although the returning day expired I was still able to return the product with receipt.”
