Yes, some of it may be true, but I had to fight for my rights, and yet everything that was supposed to be done wasn't done, the cat's eye is glued with tape and the lower part of the bumper fell off, the radio fell off, you didn't fix it It still doesn't work and your employee is a liar and rude, when I bought it I received good service but as soon as the car had a problem an hour after I complained, the service was already different, disappointed, frustrated and ashamed of where I came from...

I went to this shop a few days ago because I got an engine alert in my car and a sound in the gear lever. They just told me that all of this is normal and that the engine is fine. Today I went to a really expert workshop and they gave me documentation pointing out what was wrong and what I should change urgently.
Terrible customer service.
The mechanic gives me his word telling me that he promises that there is nothing in the car. What you are is a liar to your clients

Comprei um Ford Fusion 2017 com eles , fui super bem atendida , me fizeram um excelente preço e parcelaram parte da minha entrada , peguei meu carro em 1 semana com todos processos feito por eles e ainda conseguiram um ótimo seguro para mim , recomendo com toda certeza muito obrigado Luís e equipe .

Had a fantastic experience buying my vehicle from Dalmaso Motors. Luis is great to work with. It was a one-stop shop for all of my questions and made car buying a worry-free experience. I also feel that I got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. Highly recommend going to see Luis at Dalmaso Motors if you're in the market for a new or slightly used vehicle... Also great salesman that assist me when Luis was not around Teles and Filipe.

This company is extremely dangerous when they sell scooters, the first they sent my son out they left two bolts out that held the engine in place. It took 3 times returning to their place which was almost an hour trip!!, Before they could fix it correctly. It works for 2 months and the scooter was just plain junk. They have done nothing.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ON MOPEDS, THEY COULD KILL YOUR KIDS!!! The purchase contract was generated 08/08/2018. As for your comment about myself posting under a different name is totally inaccurate!

My son bought a Taotao scooter from the company which we had the following issues with:We brought it back to get it fixed when when realized that they didn't install the bolts holding the engine to the frame. No apology period.Week later brought it back again gas gauge was not working properly, they said that float wasn't down, again no apology we were driving 55 miles each way. Finally they got if fixed.Went to start the scooter after winterizing scooter in spring scooter would not run. Took it to 2 very reputable dealers who both said that the scooter was not repairable as it had no compression, My son only logged just over 800 miles on it. Worthless scooter left messages no call returned.Highly recommend that you do not buy from them.
