wouldn’t even give a star if i could. went to pick up a medication today and the lady asks me for my insurance card. tells me it’s not an insurance card and when i point my benefits number out on the card she’s on the phone for about 10 minutes after i told her exactly what she needed to input to bill my insurance. she comes back to me and tells me it doesn’t work and she can’t bill my insurance. i have the doctor send my prescription to walgreens. give them my same card with the same benefits number to the pharmacist at walgreens and they’re able to bill my insurance. horrible customer service

04/12/201 @ 2:12pm.One black girl who doesn't to help me while I was waiting to pick up my prescription and I have a few items with me. She told me that she doesn't want to scan those items for me and told me to bring to the cashier.How lazy she is?

They are all great people, but frequently don’t have medications I need. They should search the computer for other branches and send me there if they have it.

I went there to pick up my medication and they were friendly as usual. They accommodated a person in a party before me who spoke a different language in order to give the best care. They let you know what is going on if something else has to be done in a professional and orderly manner. This CVS checks off everything that is needed to be a well functioning pharmacy.

Huge store, open 24/7. The employees there actually ask you all the time if you need any help finding something, compared to other places where you have to search the whole store, trying to hunt down at least one employee that can help you out.

Your hours of operation are horrible. To close at 7PM, is not conducive for people who work off shift or on call 7 days a week.
