Great place to get service if you need assistance with you computer. I've purchased multiple computers over the years from Computer Bargain Center and will continue to come back. The latest purchase was this week and John was able to upgrade my current PC to process everything I needed on my end. Now my computer is running fast & strong without any lags on all the programs we utilize. Thank you Computer Bargain Center & John.

I'm not getting paid or compensated in any way by any individual, company..etc...This is my own experience and in fact John and I originally got off to a rocky start.Despite our initial start, I've done business with John for at least 10+ years and have no reason/need to go to anyone else. I even brought a few customers too him as well.I rebuild my computer from the ground up every 5-6 years and John's built my computer twice, as I've also had to have a broken part (Due to my fault) fixed in a timely fashion and appropriately charged. To this day the last computer he built for me, still works. The first one did work but I needed parts out of it.While his prices are a little on the high side, the quality he puts into what he does, more than makes up for that. I'd rather pay a little more, and receive a quality product, than to cut corners to save a buck and have something I am not sure what's going to happen.

John the owner of Computer Bargain does not stand behind his work , products or his service calls. Lowell small claims court is well aware of this crook.Best to take your computer repairs elsewhere.

Absolutely happy with the work I received from Computer Bargain center. John is very knowledgeable with computers and can do the work you need done very quickly and affordably. I brought in my custom built gaming pc after having some issues upgrading it. I was generally nervous taking in my pc anywhere as I felt like many stores are not as well versed in this sort of thing, or might give me a bad deal or recommendation. John quickly assessed and fixed the problem, where other stores told me it would take 24 hours for diagnostics, John was finished diagnosing the problem and fixed it in under 4 hours. So happy this was my first choice and I recommend anyone who is weary of bringing their custom builds to a shop bring them straight to Computer Bargain Center.

Very unprofessional. Didn’t go into descriptive input on what was wrong with my pc. Thoughts are low on the business itself. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for fixing at all.

This locally owned business, placed squarely in the heart of Lowell just provided me with the best possible service an individual could ask for: especially an individual who just happens to teach American history during a Covid pandemic and who relies upon his laptop for virtually everything.On a trip to Florida over the February break a cooler fell of the top shelf of my traveling van and destroyed the memory in my HP 17-inch laptop. Acting most foolishly, I initially took my poor laptop to The Geek Squad at Best Buy and, with no assessment or evaluation whatsoever, was told that I would need a new motherboard and that it would take six weeks to get my laptop back: once they sent it off premises to get it repaired of course. The price: over $300.Having said to hell with that, I took it to John who, in a matter of minutes, determined the ACTUAL problem and had it fixed the very next day for half the price. And as far as John's customer service skills are concerned, it would be an understatement to say that they are perfect.I will be going to John for all of my computer and digital needs in the future.

I have bought many used computers from John over the last 15 years. I recently purchased a brand new laptop that was sorely needed and at a great price! Not long after that, my son was in the market for a gaming PC. He went online and did some research and decided what components he wanted to put into his gaming computer. We brought the list to John to get his opinion. He made some suggestions that would make the computer perform better and actually brought the cost down. He told us we could either purchase the parts online or get them from him, whichever was cheaper and that he would build it for him. It turned out that his prices were either the same or better than what we found online. Not only that, he stayed an hour past closing time finishing the build so that my son could get it a day earlier than expected. My son was and is extremely happy with the finished product. Thank you John!Great store and a great owner! I never go anywhere else for my computer needs.
