BAD Experience. The place was very welcoming but I had a very costly BAD experience. I went in for a Perm and came out with over-processed hair. The hairstylist who did my perm realized that the perm did not turn out like it was supposed to and even commented about it, she even asked me to come back in a few days after a wash (2 days after the Perm wash date was that Friday) to see what she could do, Hairstylist still took the payment of $175, bought a hair cleansing product $30, and gave her a nice Tip slightly over 20 percent in hopes she would fix the issue. I don’t think a deep hair treatment and haircut covers the high cost of the Perm for over-procced hair. I have a lot more weeks/months of deep conditioning to get my hair back to health. It would have been nice if she offered half of the cost back.

Hands down the best Salon in Lowell. Caroline did AMAZING work at a good price. Salon staff is super friendly and service wasn’t rushed but didn’t take hours. 10/10Services: Shampoo & conditioning

We absolutely adore Lauren. My son was so comfortable with her, and she is the best. Never felt more welcomed and taken care of by a salon before. 100 out of 5 stars.

Caroline’s Salon Touche is my favorite salon to go to for all my hair needs. All of the staff is always so nice and friendly. And I absolutely love my hair every time I go here to get it done. Caroline is the sweet person ever.

HOPE IS AMAZING! I have had awful experiences getting my hair cut in the past but Hope helped ease my anxiety. I am so glad she did because she gave me the confidence that should would do exactly what I wanted and it looks great! Thank you so much! I will be back!
