I needed a simple inside and out detail. - Booking was very easy. - Response when I had a question before the booking was via text and quick. -They were able to fit my schedule within the week! - Staff were there when they said they would be for drop off. - Staff offered to stay late if I needed to pick it up late! THE CAR WAS LIKE NEW. I would highly recommend this business ..

Got my brand new 2021 Full Size Bronco ceramic coated with the 5 year Gtechniq Crystal Serum. Blown away by the results. The truck looks incredible. The shine just makes the color pop. Leo and the guys in his shop did an incredible job. You can really tell that they love cars and are perfectionists. His team made it very easy to set up an appointment, the communication was great. Leo walked me through everything I needed to know about how to care for the ceramic coat. Extremely impressed with the result and the service!

I got a custom package for an exterior detailing and it was not worth the money. In their exterior package it states they will clay bar your car and they did not because I was in their shop the whole time and I did not see that happen . Cleaning the tires was bad too because they just spray a cleaner and didn't brush out the grime within tires and wheels . They just put tire shine to make it look nice . False advertisement.

the worst auto repair shop in town I took my car. They practically destroyed my car's engine. And I had been warned by other people that they had problems there. Leave your car with them and regret it bitterly

I bought a Black Silverado 4 years ago and I was looking to invest to keep the truck looking sharp. Ceramic coat was on top of the list. I went with Unique Auto Detailing because I saw the work they done. Leo didn't disappoint me, he return my truck look like glass! It's the only place that offer lifetime warranty on the ceramic coat. I highly recommend Unique Auto Detailing if you want your car looking like new again!

Absolutely awesome experience at Unique Auto Detailing !!!! Wanted to get my girlfriend's new Audi A5 detailed as a surprise, left a message Tuesday and received an appointment Wednesday at 9am. The response to my inquiries was fast, informative and professional. I was greeted at drop off by Fernando who was polite, professional and explained what was to be done to the car. When the vehicle was ready I asked what the charge was and it was exactly what they had quoted me over the phone ...The Audi came out unbelievable !!! It is the best work that has been done on this car by anyone.. (My previous guy retired) but he didn't even clean the car like these guys did ..the interior was spotless..exterior was the best I have ever seen regarding the wax and buff .. I was truly amazed at the car and it's appearance when I picked it up ..I will recommend these 2 guys ( Roberto and Fernando ) to everyone ..it's refreshing to meet great people who truly care and take pride in what they do and it showed on my vehicle...I'll be back next week with our Ford Raptor ..Thank you immensely for your hard work and look forward to a long history with you both ...

Excellent service and job well done. I will use Unique in the future. Only one guy there that day but the car was beautifully cleaned inside. He did a basic exterior wash for the interior price and it looked great. Unique a little hard to find but GPS home there with no problems. Convenient to Chelmsford where I live.

Appointment: easy to make for the following day. I really appreciate how quickly I could get scheduled. Detailing: Excellent. Meticulous cleaning of my very dirty car inside and out. Cost: very reasonable for the great level of service. No reason to go anywhere else in Lowell to get your car detailed.
