Atmosphere and coffee was good! Without singling anyone out one of the people who were helping behind the counter was just a tiny bit “rude” is really the nicest way to put it. I work in Coustomer service and have to help multiple people a week, I always have to treat everyone equally and be kind. That’s it, that all that could use some work. I just dealt “slighted “when ordering. Put a damper on my visit. Oh and the dead plants hanging from the ceiling, it would probably bet best is they were replaced or taken down. I bet the workers aren’t given much extra time to clean that stuff up, so I don’t blame them, just a Note to the owners, the dead plants are not doing anything to help. If they are alive, they do look a bit drab

Plants, pleasant music, and a combination of chairs with tables and cushioned lounging chairs. Free WiFi with password that you get from the counter. Service here is good and the coffee and pastries are great. I also recommend the sandwiches, which are big enough to have half for lunch and another half for dinner.Parking: There is paid street parking with an app, or you can park at the Leo A Roy parking garage a few buildings down on the same street.

Great place to warm up and grab a fresh hot coffee. I enjoyed the whole vibe and feel of this place. It’s like a Starbucks but it feels more welcoming….Parking: Sometimes it’s difficult to find parking.

The wait is way too long for very incorrect and inconsistent food and beverages. Staff shrugs you off playing on their phones and gossiping among themselves are not helpful with menu questions and avoid refunds and remakes when they are at fault. I am located on the same street and am now going out of my way to go to another cafe and will not return to brew'd awakening again.

This is a lovely cozy coffee house with an extensive offering of drinks and good food too. Having visited once or twice a month for the past year, I've always found the staff to be personable and polite. I enjoy getting the Veggie Way sandwich on an everything bagel. I also recommend the "Butterfly Pea Lavender & Lemonade Tea," which is a fun drink!

Awesome breakfast or lunch spot. The food is unmatched, some of the best in Lowell. Lots of great art too!

I love when we go to brew'd! It's also a special treat! Their coffee is unique and absolutely delicious. Their bagel with lox is my favorite sandwich there! It can get a bit busy, smaller inside but they do have seating outside if you plan to stay for your coffee, muffin or bagel or other treats... I love their fresh food and coffee. It's definitely worth the money. Customer service is helpful if you have any questions. Definitely recommend.
