They have false advertisement they said the xfinity pre paid is 35 a month which that's what my husband and I have been paying for 3 months now today my husband went to pay it they tried to charge 45 dollars. Smh they should be ashamed of themselves if you have a set rate why tried to charge people more especially in these times where everyone is struggling threw the pandemic. I will never go to boost for anything ever again very disappointing.

The Spanish lady hardly knows anything she only knows the basic.. the guy is kinda good but he always out doing something n is true they open late close early

Both the Spanish guy and his wife are very helpful no they don’t not ignore no they do not close early or open late they are always there on time and they always pick up the phone when I call the store and they are always helpful with any problems I have with my phone and always answer any questions I have about phone plan etc. GREAT STORE ! RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND GREAT SERVICE !
