He worked with my insurance company to get what needed to be fixed. He also explained in detail of what was done and what not and got me credit back for what didn’t need to be done.”

“Saleena was very nice and helpful over the phone. Mike kept me updated and answered all my questions. My car end up sitting at their shop for over a month and a half because the shop was waiting for an approval and my insurance keep telling me they already gave the approval. There was a lot of back& forth and waiting around…. then 2 month later my insurance decided to tell me that my car is totaled. :’( I didn’t get my car fix so I’m leaving 4 stars for good customer service! ?”
