No more business line, just the sign on the wall. Lines are unbearable and only one cashier afternoon. Two cashiers on rush hour. They direct you to do deposits on electronic kiosk, but the thing is not working and whe is working keep rejecting bills because its business money, most often old and marked down bills. Very disappointing situation for us customers.

Here are my rules for this branch:
-Just accept that you are parking at Lowes and walking over, because the parking is horrible.
-Don't go in there expecting to leave in under 20 mins.
-If you are a business, get change somewhere else. I once waited half-an-hour for them to tell me that they don't have 1s and not a single roll of quarters.
-AT ALL COSTS, AVOID GOING THERE ON THEIR LUNCH BREAK.
My number one tip: order takeout from Star Cafe, and when you get out, it will be ready for pickup.??

One of the worst banking service you can ever find. Tellers lack serious customer service skills and simple common courtesy. They need much more than a smile and wishing a customer a good day after tapping a few keys on a keyboard without much interaction. This is not a bank that serves the community and it’s very obvious from the moment you walk in. I’ve been a Bank of America customer for 17 years and my experience at this branch alone made me consider moving my banking business to a different bank.

Sopheap was a huge help yesterday. I wa locked out of my online banking and she sat with me for over an hour and talked to fraud security on the phone for me. She is extremely helpful and a lovely person.

Absolutely unprofessional customer service. Managers sit around and allow the line to get out the door. Only one teller and every manager sits around watching the teller do all the work.Avoid this location if possible.

Trash bank. Absolute pos trash bank. This institution put $1000 hold on my cashed check from yesterday for no reason and ruined the end of the year. Just completely ruined christmas. KYS

Something has to change in these facilities, they have a lot of staff but none trained to help customers. If you are thinking of coming to these facilities do not waste your time there is never availability to help the customer.

I went there on Saturday, ready to spend my whole morning waiting in line. One of their representatives (Jose) came up and helped me. Everything was solved in 5 minutes. It wasn't anything complicated (general banking, information acquisition, appointment setup, etc.) but I had a good experience with their speed and attitude.
