Would love to shoutout Angel who gave incredible service today. I have been driving with horrible wipers for the last 5 weeks, impacting my visibility with the snowstorms. Angel was able to correctly identify the issue and provide a quick installation of wipers. She was kind-hearted and such a great worker. Left feeling very satisfied and able to see when the sun shines on my windshield! Thank you!

Very bad customer service the manager she was so mean and rude talking to me and i asked for someone else help me paying my parts and i asked about her manager to complain they told me she is the manager and other guy he said am the manager here what i want i told him how she talked to me he was rude to me too and he refused to give me her name to complain he said in rude way and yelling to me i dont give personal information go and complain to anyone you want
He was rude and racist with me

Ricardo was helpful, patient, knowledgable and professional. I needed a new car battery and my usual mechanic was closed for the weekend. Ricardo was able to guide me through the process.

I have car phobia on every level. I have had a lot of trouble simply moving from NH to MA (NH fault but whatever) FINALLY, today I got everything settled. I need an inspection sticker, I have a bad windshield wiper on driver side. I just Googled, found what I needed and came right here. Angel (I made sure I asked names) found me the best, yet least expensive wiper. She also came out and put it on for me. She is an incredible worker and also a very nice person. Ricardo was also working, he was helping a customer when I came in. No offense to my gender but there were 3 older (myself included) shopping at 8 pm and we were ALL helped and taken care of by great staff. I am very grateful.
Auto Zone on Church, made me comfortable, satisfied, SEEN, and laugh. All in the total 15 mins it took from me Googling in my jammies to get here, get helped, get what I needed, have it installed and sealed with a great hug (I asked for)... Thanks Angel and Ricardo.

This place sucks! They told me on the phone that they would change my lightbulb in my headlight but when I got there no one could! And i said the last time the guy did it fine and the guy picks up a piece of plastic and it’s broken ( from the last idiot from autozone that changed it a few years ago!) Never going near this place again!!!!!! Then another guy says to me don’t shoot the messenger I asked him to bring me the person who said that they would for it for me! JERKS!!!!!! Ha I reached out like they said and NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME COWARDS TOO !! BEWARE OF THESE LOSERS!!!

Pretty rude, called at 5:30pm on 6/14/2024. Guy on the phone sounded like he was in a frat party making inappropriate jokes with his friends. I'm all for keeping it casual but I was hoping I could get some answers on the parts I needed. Before I got what I needed he hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. Won't be coming here, will try O'Reilly's instead.

AutoZone's okay The prices are decent but I don't know most of the help in the stores is not the best I need to work on training their employees to have better attitudes great great good good

the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have been there a few times (hoping maybe it was a bad day). I was the only customer in the store with about 7 employees... I stood in the line unacknowledged for what seemed like forever. The staff was playing around, on their phones, joking, slapping one another, swearing at each other and couldn't be bothered with me... I FINALLY had enough... had to go up and kindly ask if anyone was able to help me.. with much annoyed looks and discouragement finally I was attended to. Only to be spoken to very rudely and kept making excuses as to why they could not help me..all because they were too lazy to take a wrench to remove my battery. I even offered to remove it myself and it was excuse after excuse. So I left.. completely unsatisfied and annoyed

I needed a new battery. I was stressed out because I didn’t know how to get this done. I came to Autozone because my dad says they are the best. The store clerk was very helpful and I didn’t even know that they would change the battery for you in the parking lot. Such great service! Highly recommend! ?
