“Found a great 1 level apartment at Taylor Pond for our Mother. In the 8 years of residence there she was very pleased with living accommodations, pleasant surroundings and location to several services including Lahey hospital, etc. The staff at Taylor Pond in the leasing office were always accommodating in treating her like she was the only resident with stellar service. Whenever there was maintenance to be done in the apartment the maintenance people were always there promptly and had whatever needed fixing done in a timely manner including any emergency services. Added to the service provided our family became acquainted with the great staff in the leasing office, in particular Arthur. Always warm and friendly to Mom and our family-helpful in every way. We cannot Thank You enough for looking after whatever she needed. She enjoyed living at Taylor Pond in every way. We will definitely recommend Village Taylor Pond for anyone in need.”
“Just documented some move in existing damage noted in the one bathroom (mirror and cabinet). Some Clorox bleach needed to clean some existing black mold from the shower enclosure caulking. The stove gas was shut off and I needed to place a call to your maintenance technician to assist the tenants how to restart the gas connection.”

“UPDATE Feb 2024: When you read a review that has a complaints about ten different topics, you have to wonder where exactly the problem lies. In nine years at Clocktower, I have never experienced elevators that don't work properly, homeless people in the building, drug use or paraphernalia on the property, had a work order canceled, or had management lie to me. Heat in this building is dirt cheap because it's a mammoth south-facing brick building. There has never been an unscheduled water outage. Every apartment is renovated every time it changes hands. Every washer and dryer (in all ten laundry rooms) has been replaced with brand new equipment. Every window in the building (over 1,000 of them) has been replaced with high-quality insulated windows. Management is incredibly responsive to resident needs and requests.ORIGINAL POST FROM 2017: Perhaps the concerns in some of these older posts have been addressed. In nearly three years, I've never been "harassed by a homeless person" on the Clocktower property or in the neighborhood. The hallways and other common areas are impeccably clean, as there is a 3-person cleaning crew on site 7 days a week, in addition to a very attentive professional management staff of eight. Garage parking is only $50 a month and there has never been a time that I've seen the free, residents-only surface lot full. The opportunity to walk to both Main St and Mine Falls Park make Clocktower a great place to be.”

Maintenance is great, leasing office responds kindly and timely to emails and takes care of any issues that arise along with handling the issues professionally. We enjoy using the dog bath area and all the amenities that the property provides. The insulation seems to be very poor but other than that - the apartment itself has been a great place to live.”
“Lucy gave us a tour and was amazing! She was very knowledgeable on the apartments. We were interested in a 2 bedroom but none were available to tour. Lucy showed as a 1 bedroom and helped us visualize what a 2 bedroom would look like and let us know that she would call us as soon as a 2 bedroom was available to tour.”

“This is by far, THE BEST apartment complex I’ve lived in. They take complaints seriously and follow up with you instead of giving you attitudes. The maintenance guys are GREAT and FAST! They do everything by the book (which is why you see some bad reviews because people don’t wanna follow rules), but it keeps everything in place. As long as you clean the apartment properly, YOU WILL GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK unlike most of the places I’ve lived in before. Keep up the good work!”
