Came in to get cigarettes. Worker named Gary wanted to see my id. I held it up to be scanned. He then reached for it and I said I didn't want him to touch it due to Covid and held it to be scanned. He then wouldn't sell me the cigarettes unless he could touch it. What the hell kind of a place is this. I'm 48 years old, I would have held it up for him to see it's ridiculous to have to manhandle someone's personal property.

Do NOT EVER USE THE CARWASH. 36 minutes with 5 cars in line. The 36 minutes was just the wait time, does not include the actual wash. When they offer the discount on car wash while filling your tank, do yourself a favor and grab a hose at home instead. 42 minutes in total. Oh did I mention that once you get into the line you are trapped so if you decide your time is more valuable than waiting for a car wash for 42 minutes tough cookies. Thankful we only had the option for the "ultimate wash", can't imagine how many have died waiting on the "supreme"

Thought it was touchless, but I was wrong. Trapped in line and couldn't get out, wouldn't let me drive through. Extortion! And no phone numbers anywhere to call for help. Seriously low to trap people like that and then scratch up there car. Is making a few extra bucks so important?

I mostly come here for gas and inflating my tires. Oddly enough, their vacuum works better than locations dedicated to car washing. Unfortunately, their self washing machine thing doesn't get the job done. Even though I picked the ultimate option, I still saw dirt and prints on my car.

Store closes from 11:40 to 12:14. Though the exact time has changed slightly, this is how it's worked for years and always will. So those complaining that it's "not 24/7" or "always closed when I arrive", that is why. And the overnight staff is more than willing to explain this respectfully whenever a customer stops by during this period. As for lottery, it closes at that time and stays closed until 5 am. This is true across all of Mass. Lottery sales stores.These complaints are coming purely from the impatient, and the unsympathetic. I've seen legitimate complaints abojt emplayee conduct, and thats understandable. But the complaints I mentioned can be easily avoided and explained.

Their car wash broke down for a while and they never put up a sign saying it's out of service. Went for a car wash today and the machine kept rolling my car backward. I almost hit someone at the back. Never go there again!

DONT GO HERE I stopped to get gas during the storm, I went inside because the pump said I had to. I went to pay and the guy said that pump is broken, but you can pay here. I asked what pumps we're working. The guy sa8d "literally every other one" And laughed. I sighed out of frustration because the lot was full of snow and slippery and went to move my car and pay at the pump. As I was about to leave the guy said "Jesus Christ" I turned and said "Excuse me" He continued being a rude. I didn't get gas and hope to never go to an alltown again.

Right when I walked I notice the cashier Tina I believe her name was. She was not paying attention. Too busy texting and ignoring me. The type of employees they have in this Alltown is just horrendous I will never go there again!

A lot of people leaving reviews are really just bitter because they either didn't agree with or didn't understand how the store operates. Most regular customers are aware that the store is closed from 1145 to 1206,occasionally they have to push it to 1220. Anytime I've experienced a problem there, the employees were nothing but generous. Any sort of backlash was clearly instigated by the customer first.
