Came in on Saturday to get a quote for auto insurance, was very pleasantly surprised with the quality and care given by Jacklyn . The wait was about 20ish minutes but once it was our turn Jacklyn really took the time to make sure we knew our options and what we exactly we were paying for. We signed up for a new policy on the spot. Jacklyn found us something that was a significantly better price with better coverage then we previous had and gave us clear instructions on how to switch over. AAA Lowell is lucky to have her, you can tell by her work she truly cares about the customers.

I was not very happy about being on hold for 2 hours and 36 minutes. I eat breakfast, worked on my puzzle, shaved my legs, and took a shower all while being on hold. So, after showering I took a ride to the AAA location all while being on hold. I am a AAA member and this location is very convenient, so I was not happy to walk into the location while still on hold. Was not a happy camper at all. Something need to be done with taking someone call. What happened to customer service. The worst part was I had a real quick question.

Very courteous service and prompt. I ordered Euros for an upcoming trip in Monday and they were in my hands on Wednesday, even having 4th of July on Tuesday.

This is the first time I renewed my license at a facility other than the DMV. From now on this is the way I'm going to do it. I was in and out of the AAA office of Lowell in 20 mins. All you have to do is make an appointment two weeks prior and bring the appropriate paperwork needed to get your license renewed and they take care of the rest. The staff here is much friendlier and more courteous than the grouchy miserable people at the DMV of Lowell. I would hardly recommend anybody renewing their license to do it through AAA. You will have less hassles and be in and out of there in less than a half an hour

What a difference. Triple A registry services are top notch. Set appointment, get it done in 10 minutes and I am done. The service and people there are GREAT! The RMV it would have been a 3 hour morning wasted.

I enrolled in a yearly membership with AAA Northeast, and then came the neverending, six-days-a-week robocalls from "Comenity Capital Bank," urging me to call them back regarding outstanding debt that I neither have nor have ever had with them. Still, these calls went on for MONTHS before they finally stopped.Through process of elimination I discovered: "AAA Daily Advantage Visa Signature® Credit Card Accounts are issued by **Comenity Capital Bank** pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc."I cancelled my membership.
