I was in line and heard the clerk calling a customer a dumb asshole for buying something and the customer didnt have the proper receipt. It ended up into a heated dispute.Customer asked clerk to take dispute outside. The clerk kept using vulgarity in front of other customers edging customer to go behind the counter. When the customer walked behind counter,the clerk pulled a knife on him.Very bad customer service. Especially in front of customers and child. Not a family,friendly store.Very disrespectful clerk .The situation could of been handled differently if clerk wasnt so rude,name calling and belittling customer for making a purchase at 7 eleven on Bridge St. Lowell.Customers purchase was fully contacted and he wanted a refund .

This place has some of the most disrespectful employees I have ever in countered. Very disrespectful. Calls people liars. Tries to take money from people. Just a horrible experience. I'm. in that place all times of the day. Coco. If a wonderful woman. Very kind, very polite. Knows how to treat a customer. Night employees is a different story

Literally had hookers proposition my man there 2 times. Place is trash and service is as well. They have like 10 year Olds working there. Food is all on the floor and place is filthy. Clean this shit hole up or call a code inspector.

Supposed to be open 24 hours. Employee behind a locked door at 11:52pm says they close at midnight on Saturday. I said well it’s not even midnight yet, it’s 11:52pm. He said “well we closed anyway” Forget this dirty place. I won’t even buy a scratch ticket here anymore!

Only 24 hour location in my area, yet it remains closed every night.. maybe the night shift employees need a raise because it’s obviously not worth staying on shift for. Ruined my whole night and just trying to get a few things needed for the morning but guess I’ll get up earlier to shop elsewhere now.

The man at the register was very rude and acted like he was disgusted of me, ringing the items and bagging them. He would non stop staring at me with his dirty nasty looks. I was going to ask if he was okay but he already was annoyed for no reason. He was just acting straight up weird behind that counter. If you don’t like your job, just quit man.

This place is trash, employees are trash, disrespectful and downright arrogant. Especially the racist dude that worked at 9 am on 4/27/22 and his so called "manager". Owner needs to employ better people with more of a positive attitude and understanding. I would give zero stars if I could. You chose to work with customers all day everyday, learn to have some common courtesy and manners towards your customers, if you're a so miserable go work behind a screen somewhere so that you don't have to socialize with people.
