Overall had an excellent experience! They were only booking out a week when I called to schedule an appointment (which is super reasonable in comparison to other dealers in the area right now) but I was having a major safety concern (death wobble) with my Jeep and they squeezed me in right away!

3 start because my initial appointment was not a good experience. But they definitely redeemed themselves on the second appointment as everything I asked for was finally done, and in one day. My feedback is, if you don’t have enough staff, then don’t overbook and hold on to people’s cars for days and give the impression that it’s being worked in, and then not actually look at the car. Be honest with the custom and tell them, unfortunately we could not get to it today, apologize, and reschedule.

Couldn't be happier. Everyone was super friendly. I had the pleasure of working with RJ and Jack and they made the experience stress-free and delightful. Both worked very hard on making it work for me and finding me the right car for me and my kids. I would give more stars if that was an option. Thank you so much guys for making it a great experience for me.

I got a call from this dealer letting me know that they had received a recall part for my Jeep. I let the woman know that my car was in another Jeep dealer being serviced. She yelled at me saying "oh so you have your car in another dealer" and hung up. I called back because I was curious about the part and she was again extremely rude and yelled g to hat I had not talked to her. Rude, inappropriate and unprofessional behavior all around. hence their low cus ratings.

The service department of 495 Jeep Chrysler is wonderful to work with. They are very professional and act promptly. I have purchased several vehicles from them and I always return there for my services. I highly recommend them as a car dealer and as a service center.

The work was done well and quickly. The employees were professional and friendly. The only issue is I placed 6 calls to the service department. Not one was answered so I had to leave voice mails. No return calls. I had to speak with General manager to verify my appointment and to say what I need done. He then had to speak with the service department to relay what i was looking to have done to my vehicle. The online scheduling was basic and didn't have everything I wanted to get worked on.

Ray from Service was ? Professional and was able to resolve all my issues. He contacted my warranty company to make sure I was covered for repairs. Repair completed on time. Reliable and explained the repairs directly to me. Definitely the best around.

Everyone was great down there. RJ was a great salesman. Listened to what I wanted and didn’t want. Didn’t try to push anything out of my price range on me. Everyone in the finance office was great too. I had a specific number in my head to make this work and those guys stuck to it with me.

Got service for oil change recall and tire rotation got the Wagoneer back and there was a terrible s vibration while driving on the highway called to have them check the balance they said the next opening was weeks away and it take 2hrs to balance tires we spent $60 to have themBalanced at a tire store which took less than 1 hr. Service appointments are booked too far out and they are obviously overwhelmed. We won’t go back after warranty is up.

Beware of price gouging in service department. I went in for a routine oil change and I wound up with a $1,000 bill. While I did need new brake pads and rotors, the service advisor inflated the price severely. I should have shopped around, but I felt pressured. I tried some negotiation about the price, without much success. Usually the advisors can apply coupons towards the cost of parts. The mechanic did great work on my Jeep, but the service advisors sucked, so that will be last trip here.

The service was good, but the sales man was the greatest. He was very helpful, friendly and l feel like l know him a long time already. Read to answer all my questions and taking care of what I need. It was quick and very smooth the pursuit of this vehicle. Thank you guys!

Excellent service for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler! I used the after-hours drop off bin and was contacted by the service representative within 36 hours. I dropped my car off on a Monday night and the service was done by end of the day Thursday. They even vacuumed the interior and gave the outside a wash! My Jeep is in much better condition now!

I needed AC service and I was told it would be over 3K to fix before even being looked at by a technician. When the technician did look, he wasn’t able to determine the root cause and offered to charge the AC system for over $600 and “hope for the best” OR pay around $600 to have the dashboard removed so they could further troubleshoot. In the process of looking at the AC.unit, they noticed a water pump leak and quoted around $900 to replace. I inquired if it was covered under the power train warranty and was told no. I said I would think about it and would call back. In the meantime, I called 3 other dealers and each confirmed that the water pump is in fact covered under the power train warranty. When I called 495 Jeep back, I asked if they would double check and was again told it wasn’t covered under warranty. At this point I decided to pick up the vehicle and take it somewhere else for repair. When I arrived at 495 Jeep, suddenly, the service advisor advised that the water pump is covered under an extended emission warranty (something I don’t have and makes no sense). I told him I was taking the vehicle as is. He then proceeded to present with an invoice for $180 for troubleshooting. I challenged that invoice pointing out they failed to determine the issue with the AC and suggested I pay more to pull out the dash or charging the system and “hoping for the best”. He then offered to not charge the $180 but I wouldn’t be allowed back there. It was a no brainer. I opted to never go back.I took my vehicle to Priority Jeep in Salisbury. They fixed the AC and replaced the water pump under the power train warranty. I left there with both issues resolved for under $400.

Fantastic people. Everyone was happy to help me get what I was looking for. After seeing a jeep on their website I called and was told it was available I went down to their dealership. I walked in and was greeted by Phil. He went and got the details on the car I asked on and unfortunately between me calling and getting down there someone else already looked at it and was making a deal on it. He took time to see if he or any or his dealerships had something similar to what i was looking for. He found me something identical and was even able to drop if off at my house 2 days later. If I had lived in MA it could have been the same day but due to NH registration that wasn’t possible. If you’re looking for a new car stop here and see Phil. He was the best salesman I have ever worked with. His manager John was extremely nice as well. I was in a bit of a pickle and stressed out about my situation. He took the time to make sure I knew they would take great care of me and Phil proved him right every second I was in that dealership.

After waiting 4mos for a new USB port to get installed it worked for 1 day. Service advisor said he needs to contact Chrysler for support...that was 2mos ago.I was told the wait list at the body shop for fixing my paint defect is completely backlogged. It will probably open when my warranty expires!1 ☆ because the staff is courteous. But courtesy alone isn't getting my vehicle repaired.
