Employees all know their products and are very helpful. The prices are a little higher. However, it is worth the savings in time.

The selection is reminiscent of ToysRus in that they have a wide variety for boys and girls. I wasn’t in the shop long because I was quickly able to find a gift thanks to some help from the owners. I will definitely be back again and might make this my go to toy store going forward.

I recently made an online purchase from Zen’s. EVERYTHING was EXCEPTIONAL including availability, price, handling time, shipping cost, customer service - all exceeding my expectations!I was looking for an out of print rare board game for my son for Xmas. I ordered one from another retailer who canceled on me at last minute, so I went through almost 20 other toy stores online and in my area with no luck. Then I found this fantastic store that had the game in stock, at a more reasonable price then what I first found, with free shipping, same day handling, and the nicest staff. I got the game a full week ahead of Xmas and I know this will be my son’s favorite present.Thank you Zen’s, you won a loyal customer for life!!!

Just shopped here for the 1st time! Great store. I was able to check out their stock on-line as I was looking for a robotic kit for an older child. Once I saw it was in stock, we went in to get it. Store was bright, clean, and organized! Lots of board games and stem kits in stock. Loved the option of gift-wrapping. Will most definitely be back.

Lots of cute toys for smaller children. Variety of Legos sets. Prices are decent. But it caters to a younger generation so I ended up going to Target ?.

Went to the new Lutz location yesterday and got a few things for my nephew for Easter. They have a wide variety of toys and games (individual figurines, toy sets, board games, bath toys, outdoor activities, stuffed animals) to guarantee you'll find something for every age. The owners are friendly and helpful and the store is neat and clean. Will definitely be returning.
