I went in the store on Christmas Eve to pay a bill. I asked for 2 boxes and showed Jennifer my receipts that I purchased items from on line, I was told that I could only get 1. Jennifer said I could order the boxes online, when I place my order. I told Jennifer that she doesn’t have to give me any. She gave me 2 boxes. I felt uncomfortable, I will take my business elsewhere. Merry Christmas!?

I have been shopping at the Longmeadow Talbots for years but never have received a lovely card from a store manager. Danielle Giroux Crump changed that by sending me one. She is always helpful when I come to shop and so pleasant. Hopefully Talbots appreciates her efforts. Thank you JoAnn Castelli.

If you want to find your "Holy Grail" go-to clothing to fall in love with, visit THIS Talbots! I enjoy visiting here whenever I happen to be nearby. The ladies are always sweet and knowledgeable and they're SO quick to assist without any irritating sales pressure, making my shopping experience not only pleasurable but easy. They'll find me exactly what I am looking for, my perfect size, deliver it right to the dressing room for me, they're just so on top of everything for me 100% of the time. If it's not available, they can order it for me. They know exactly what I'll want, how I'll want it to fit. Things I normally wouldn't spot for myself, they are quick to spot for me, and they always make sure that you get the sales. I used to think of Talbots as my mother's style until I visited and fell in love with these styles. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful store which very friendly staff. I love all the colors and the layout of the store, very inviting. They also have a reserve option if you see something you like on the website and want to pick it up.
