September 2023 by Me
Just this week, without any warning or explanation, the daycare is closed for an entire week due to "required deep cleaning". Sounds like they failed a sanitary inspection to me ... They have also not responded to emails regarding refunds. So in terms of communication, level of care, and where your money is going. AVOID.If the owner is reading this, please process the refunds, because you haven't provided any services for the week.

Our son was part of the KinderCare family for a year and everyday he attended he did it with a smile. The teachers are so loving and attentive. When we had minor concerns, they were immediately addressed. Yes, we did receive late notices that the facility had to close early due to staffing issues, but we understood as the majority of businesses are short staffed during this time. We are so grateful for everything you did for our son. Thank you.

Kindercare is an amazing child care center. They are committed to providing children with opportunities to grow and learn. They have taken swift and appropriate action during the covid-19 pandemic. The center is thoroughly cleaned and all parents/children are screened before entering. They work hard to ensure the safety of the families they serve and we would be lost without them!

My daughter who is now 7 went here for daycare and pre-school and loved it. Now my almost 2 year old son goes here and I am so completely satisfied. My baby boy comes home everyday with new words and skills. I love all the staff. They love my son very much and show it everyday.

It was a difficult decision taking my kids out of preschool because they went at different times of the day it was interfering with my work schedule. They have speech delays so I was extremely apprehensive to pull them from preschool and start a daycare facility. I toured a few different locations, and was not thrilled and got some bad vibes from a few.We Absolutely love it here! My kids love it too! I feel so comfortable with my kids being here all day. The staff is absolutely amazing! The director is absolutely AMAZING! Making the parents feel at home. My kids are learning, there speech is improving . They love going! This place is a grade A child care facility and I truly cannot say enough! Go see for yourself! Thanks KinderCare staff, for all u do!!??

My son has been with Kindercare since Nov. 2014. Before I picked this center to care for my child, I toured a few different centers. I was appalled by most of them. Lack of knowledge to questions I was asking, the class rooms smelled horrific and I just did not like the vibes I was getting from them. The moment I spoke with the old director of Kindercare, and met the teachers, as well as toured the center my mind was put at ease. I found the school my son would attend.I have been more than pleased with the daycare center, as well as the newer Director and her assistant. The office staff have always addressed my concerns in anything, as well as helping me in anything I came to them for.As for my son, he absolutely loves, and enjoys going to school here. Between the teachers taking amazing care of him, and just the compassion they have for him and the other children. My son was having speech issues, and slight behavioral issues. I did not know how to go about getting help for him and I to overcome it. I went to the center administration for help, and immediately lead me into the right direction. A year later my son has a vocabulary like an adult. This took hard work and effort from the teachers at the center. My son is advanced in some areas and right on point in others. We would not have gotten his behavior or his speech where it needed to be without the help of all staff at Kindercare Longmeadow.I will attest that this center is well handled, and the staff is amazing. At any given time, if I needed a shoulder to lean on for anything, or advice for my son their doors, ears, and arms are always open. My son and I are not just consumers, but like family. This is how they are with all the Kindercare Familys.I beyond recommend this school for your child. I would not bring my kid anywhere else.

Take this red flag as a gift. Avoid this place at all costs.I am a local parent and was ALMOST a KinderCare customer. In fact, I tried my best to be a KinderCare customer, paid a deposit and was told my child had a reserved spot to start a few months later. Now it is clear I will never be a customer of KinderCare and others should think twice as well. When my wife was 7 months pregnant with our daughter (who is now 3 months old) we toured daycares in the area including the KinderCare in Longmeadow, MA. We were told this KinderCare would have a spot for my daughter when my wife returned to work in August. We felt confident after spending time at the facility so we took the plunge, paid our deposit and filled out her enrollment paperwork. 3 weeks before she was supposed to start my wife contacted KinderCare to ask if she could bring her by to get her acclimated to the place and to ask a few last minute questions. It was then that we were told Kindercare did not have a spot for our child and "had no record" of us.It quickly became clear that after we had paid our deposit new management was brought in (the old assistant director apparently works elsewhere in the KinderCare system now) and our enrollment was never documented. On the phone the new director said "I don't know who would have told you you had a spot so far in advance because that's not the way the world works." There was no ownership of error, no apology, and no recognition that we were now being put in a very difficult position. We were told KinderCare would call back by the end of the day to let us know if they could work something out. When we didn't hear back from anyone by the end of that day my wife called them. This is when we were told they found our deposit and registration paperwork. We were also told they were trying to hire new teachers and would call us by the end of the week to let me know if there was a spot for my daughter. Still no apology or recognition of the bind they put us in.No one ever apologized. No one commented on how unprofessional this is or how awful it must be to be a parent preparing to return to work in 3 weeks suddenly without childcare. They had our check and registration information with our contact information and could have put minimal effort in to call us. They chose not to. I can only imagine the minimal effort they must put in with the kids that enroll here.We were forced to take time out of our lives to go near and far searching for new day care centers with openings. Most were full. We eventually found a new place but it will cost more money (which is fine given how KinderCare would have treated us and our child) and we have to start a month later which requires me to take time off of work to fix KinderCare's mistake. Again, now ownership of their error. Two weeks later, KinderCare has never called us back to advise if they have a spot (not that we would take it) for our daughter. We told them we will come pick up our check they said "we have no idea what happened before we got here in April, I had nothing to do with this." This is at the absolute top of the list of poor customer service, and we are dealing with INFANTS!Take our red flag as a gift and avoid this place at all costs.
