This shop is absolutely wonderful! The staff was amazing and patient and spent a lot of time helping me and my husband find the best shoes for our feet type and activity level. We will definitely be shopping here again!

Tracen absolutely SAVED my race! Him and his staff were incredibly helpful to me and helped me out of a major bind! In addition to helping me out, a very rude customer came in while they were helping me out and interrupted them helping me to demand they help her despite them closing 5 minutes prior to her walking in and they were incredibly respectful (and a little confused) and ran down to find that the shoe she was looking for wasn’t available. They handled themselves incredibly well despite her calling them rude to their face and asking for their names. I’m so appreciative of them and respect their ability to keep it together because I would’ve turned her away! Thank you Tracen and coworker! And thank you Fleet Feet!

Very nice place found me and my mom a nice pair of walking shoes and there was this very nice worker named Rob who helped us find a nice pair and was super helpful and kind.

I believe the workers name was Cheryl. She helped me right away when I walked in and was very patient with me explaining the kinds of running shoes I wanted. We did the 3D feet scan and she explained everything very clearly. She brought out a couple of options and I ended up leaving with the perfect shoes. Overall, great customer service and experience.

The service here is amazing. We were assisted the moment we walked through the door. All of our questions were answered and the staff really took their time to get us in the perfect shoes. It was really the personality of the staff that blew me away, they interacted with my daughter while I tried shoes on, gave personal advice on what would best suit our needs. It really went above and beyond what a bigger box store would have to offer.
