The pharmacy staff is outstanding...they are very nice and very capable and they are diligent workers. The front part of the store is also very good...I like the selection, the Extrabucks coupons are amazing, the location is convenient and safe and the staff is kind and always helpful.

If you call for the Pharmacy, they'll hang up on you. Happens every time I call. Put on hold for 5 minutes then they hang up. God I miss when companies cared about Customer Service.

Terrible experience with phones, which apparently are experiencing issues, but the pharmacy manager was wonderful in person. He helped me resolve the issue and set it up so things run smoothly for our refills moving forward.

They don’t answer the phone. Prescriptions aren’t filled on time. What’s the point of having a phone if you aren’t gonna answer it?I waited on hold for 15+ minutes. The guy only gave me 2 seconds to answer before he hung up on me. I called them back 1 minute later and I’ve been on hold for another 15 mins. You just picked up the phone so now you can’t answer it?Literally hate CVS

No stars for the pharmacy. Jeff should not be answering calls at the pharmacy. The least helpful individual I’ve ever spoken to at CVS. The store overall has decent service.

Having a hard time getting a prescription filled—after a promise it would be ready the next day after 3pm—it wasn’t ready; I was never told me that the drug was back ordered—finally after making several phone calls to the provider and to CVS—looking for a substitute—I still don’t have a prescription.

Worst pharmacy in the area. They’ve never been anything but rude and demeaning. If you can get them to pick up the phone, they’re annoyed you exist. And when you go pick up meds, everyone thinks you’re wasting their time by being alive. Absolute nightmare.

i had the best service here! all of the workers were very friendly and kind to me. One of the best i’ve ever been too, the cleanest and most organized ever. if they were rude you probably were stupid and deserved it. all y’all haters deserve nothing but rude service for the way you act. xoxo

Hands down 100% better pharmacy experience here than compared to East Longmeadow store. A lot more efficient and friendly staff. Store is much newer and better laid out. Parking lot much larger as well.
