I use Chico's longmeadow for retail therapy and have been enjoying my purchases for years. The clothing and accessories are fashionably distinct, comfortable and well priced. The sales associates are talented as advisers and attendants. Melissa the Manager is so good at what she does. I can't say enough about her. She puts a smile on my face every time! The store is always bright & beautifully merchandised. Love it!

I love the store, the staff are friendly, & helpful. I have been shopping @ Chico’s since the store opened in town. My closet is 90% chicos, from clothing to scarves. Love it. They are honest

Awful experience. The sales associate was openly rude when my wife told her she was looking for a dress for an event the next day, telling us that "most stores only sell dresses online these days." When my wife expressed doubt that one of the two dresses they had would fit her, the associate essentially told her she was wrong and pushed her to try it anyway. Surprise, it didn't fit.Not only this, but the associate also passive-aggressively told us "it's tough to find something when you need it the next day." On our way out, she also condescendingly asked us if we'd been to other stores in the plaza, presumably thinking we'd find the same issue elsewhere. We ended up going to Ann Taylor next door and finding a much better selection, where my wife got exactly what she needed. Definitely won't be going to this Chico's ever again!

Everyone is very helpful and they are following all recommendations for protocol which makes me feel more comfortable. They always help with sizes and recommendations for styles you're looking for.

Awesome staff! I call them the A Team! Amy & Ava. The store looked beautiful and the merchandise was beautifully displayed. The staff made me feel like I was an old friend. They provided excellent customer service to every person that walked in and went out of their way to ensure that each customer was attended to. It was my first visit to the store and I can confidentially say I'll be a regular! Thanks ladies!
