I approached the Woodshed team in early 2023 with very specific goals. I’m happy to say that The Woodshed team has given me the tools, encouragement and the push to meet and exceed my goals. I’m looking forward to setting and achieving new goals for 2024!

Yay! Made it back to Woodshed Crossfit after being away for a couple years. I love this place! Coaches 1. meet you right where you are, 2, give you the FORM input to get lifts done safely, as well as 3. let you lead with your own goals. Such a gift!!❤️

I am very lucky to have Woodshed so close to my home. Last month I started feeling ready to get back to being fit and thought of Woodshed because of how convenient the location was. It starts out with filling out some online info, and then getting a prompt response back from Justin. I loved that you were given the opportunity to come into the gym and check it out and talk with Justin about plans and goals before getting started. There are wonderful workout options for all levels and you can challenge yourself at any point. I love the group classes. I think Woodshed is great for anyone looking for a wonderful workout and great support to meet you where you are in your fitness journey!!

I recent started at the Woodshed and have really appreciated the experience with the attentive coaching, well-stocked facility, and fun conditioning circuits. It feels invigorating and great to be getting stronger. Love having sore muscles knowing the additional strength will help me get faster on the bike.

Justin has a very supportive approach to training. He is excellent at getting me motivated to get to the Woodshed and work on my fitness goals. The Woodshed is kept clean and cool. It will be my go to for as long as it takes to get my muscles strong and fit.

I joined the Woodshed a few months back. I was tired of getting injuries from my running and yoga practice, so decided to seek out some knowledgeable support. Justin and his team have been amazing! Already, I feel fitter and stronger than I have in a long while. At the outset, offered onboard training sessions give you the confidence to comfortably step into your first class. The trainers are kind, patient, super fun, and always willing to give you instruction on form, or space. The community is very supportive and friendly. They talk about the "Woodshed Family" and I can see that's what it is. Excited to be a part of it!

Phenomenal gym with amazing coaches. I can’t say enough good about this place. I’ve never been more comfortable in a gym setting. As someone who never lifted before Woodshed, I am beyond amazed by where I am now, just a year later, thanks to the tremendous support of the coaches and other clients. All the good feels Woodshed!

I have been coming to the Woodshed for over 9 years and cannot say enough good things about Justin and his team of coaches. The coaches have built a community of people who are strong, supportive, and inspirational. There are members of all ages and body types and they will work with you where you are at and not push you to the point of injury. I have gotten stronger physically and mentally through my years working with them. While most people will make excuses not to go to the gym, I get mad and feel out of sorts when I'm not able to get there.

About a year ago, I was struggling and my typical outlets and ways of processing life's ups and downs just weren't working. I reached out to Justin at Woodshed and in our first meeting, he asked where I wanted to be in 3 months. I gave a very vague, albeit true, response: "I want to feel stronger, both emotionally and physically." Justin and the Woodshed team have helped me accomplish this tenfold. They are the total package: encouraging, challenging, knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. It is no exaggeration when I say that Woodshed has made my life better - so much gratitude to you!!

Justin and his team are great! It's SO MUCH FUN! They set up a plan for you, and all you've gotta do is show up and put in work. They'll handle the specifics, whether it's personal training, group crossfit style classes, virtual or nutrition coaching, they'll take care of ya! If I'm looking for a gym or a personal trainer in Littleton, Woodshed is the place to go!

I LOVE THIS GYM! The Woodshed is a great environment to workout in. If you are intimidated by joining, don't be! This gym works with beginners and experienced lifters. The coaches are kind and caring, and it is a very encouraging atmosphere and community. I used to spend so much time figuring out which workout I should do, but since I joined Woodshed I no longer have to think about it. The programming works - you will be addicted in no time! Also, in this time of COVID, Justin has made the gym super clean and safe, with online coaching and Zoom classes that have kept me motivated and accountable. I don't know what I would have done without this!

I started at Woodshed almost 2 years ago. I tend to be more of a work-on-my-own kind of guy, but the group classes have been good for me. I’m in the over-60 age bracket and needed something to move my fitness forward, and Woodshed has been that thing for me. I’m certainly stronger, my conditioning is better, and I have found my balance to be better as well. While I felt a little intimidated at the start compared to others, there was really no need to be; you’re working toward your own personal goals without respect to what anyone else is doing. There’s a lot of camaraderie; there’s a feeling of community. Justin and his coaching team are always encouraging, and ready to offer alternatives to specific exercises if needed for specific physical limitations; when I broke my toe last winter, they offered suggestions to keep me physically engaged during the healing process. I have been particularly impressed during the Covid 19 timeframe as Justin worked hard to keep us going, providing daily workouts and on-line classes. Now, with the recent reopening, he has done the prep work to keep us safe during the ongoing crisis while still providing options for those not ready to return. I think I even miss being able to do prowler pushes.One last thing. I’m not the kind of person that typically gives anything 5 stars, but in this case it’s deserved.
