This is a solidly average post office. The lines are typically slow so make sure your not in a rush! Otherwise this is your typical post office that's adequately lit, clean, and well kept..

The older woman working the counter is incredibly rude. Tried to drop off packages and she immediately began interrogating me about the preprinted labels and the hazardous goods sticker that is required on the package. I’ve been doing business with the USPS for years, and have been labeling per their requirements without any issues. When I told her that the sticker is the correct and required labeling and that the item weight was within regulations, she gave me a hard time and was extremely condescending. I don’t know if she’s new or what, but her people skills are severely lacking.

I have a no parcels with my packages if they don’t fit in my mailbox the carrier is supposed to take it back to the post office and leave the letter in my mailbox.But my packages are constantly being left on the table outside of the mailboxes and there are people who take other peoples packages and I have complained multiple times and talk to the post office about it and they said they would tell the carriers.
My packages are still being left on the table and today I got a package today and it was broken.

Why can't we on Nashoba Road get mail before 8pm? It's not because of Christmas because this has been going on for months...Mondays Fridays and sometimes other days during the week. WHY!!! If there is some realistic explanation we should have been notified. What's going on? Mail just came.....8:25pm. WHY!!!!!!!!!

This post office closes really early at 5 PM. The building is a little small but there's not a large crowd so it feels very suburban.

Super nice! I have a PO box at the Harwood location and needed to get a package (the window was closed). The post master of this location drove over to the other post office and retrieved my package for me. So nice of him!

Seriously the WORST post office ever!!!! We have a PO box and we do our damnedest to make sure everything gets sent to it, but unfortunately, some things require your PHYSICAL ADDRESS!!!!!!!! Like a car title or MY MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (Thanks so much for returning both of those, real class act!!) I have done everything they have told me to do to keep this stuff from getting sent back, I have notified senders, I have created a change address form, yet still, I get snarky RUDE hand written messages on my mail when it occurs! And yet, we continue to get the WRONG peoples mail in our box, including peoples deposits for the DCU in Littleton! So you all should feel really secure with the post office for that! And even when the right address is on it, it goes in the wrong box, like my wedding jewelry and my brothers Christmas present last year! I know everyone makes mistakes, but they are so rude to you here that you dont even want to forgive their human error because they are unwilling to do it for you! We even set up automatic withdrawal, and they messed it up, and refused to give us our mail, when we proved they screwed up not us, it was just "oh sorry about that!" Theres always a line, they take their sweet time with everything, except insuring your satisfaction, real great example of a government institution! Its dying for a reason! If I could switch I would!
