“My wife ended up stranded in Acton with a dead battery, in desperate need of a jump start. Called around to various mechanics who (as it turns out) don't do roadside service related work, but Sawyer Auto recommended LGL Towing. Gave them a call and they were very friendly and responsive. They were busy and their tow trucks were occupied (a busy Monday morning during rush hour), but Gary (I assume it was the owner) was able to drive his personal truck over, arrive within about 15 minutes, and get us jump-started and on our way within about 30 seconds. Price was fair and he was able to swipe my credit card and charge me on the spot with a portable device.All with a friendly and positive attitude - highly recommended.Service: Battery service”

“Joe’s Auto is fantastic! This week I was having issue removing some screws off the hinges of my jeep wrangler hard door's, I was a a total loss. I took a ride to Joes and ask his opinion on what to do. He told me bring down and we can try to give you hand. “I needed a tow on a Tuesday around 6:30/6:45pm in North Billerica. The dispatcher was kind and patient with me as I worked out what I wanted to do, and it just so happened they had a truck right nearby. I hung up the phone with the dispatcher after paying and the truck pulled up mere moments later, which was a godsend after waiting a while on a different company that never showed up. Truck driver was very nice (Charlie I think was his name) and he dropped the vehicle off at a nearby mechanic's for me. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but I'd recommend them!Service: Car towing”
