Bought a handful of crystal sun catchers they looked damaged either in shipping or manufacturing, but they would not give me any discount and was still selling them as is even though the top part of the crystal, where the string is going through the crystal had a sharp edged. A very unsafe product for just a couple of dollars off if they were going to even allow a discount. They had no care in the world about danger or damage. I went to another paper store to find out if it was truly damaged and they were as the ones in the other paper store, did not have sharp edges or looked like they had been cracked on the top of the big crystal

They were so nice and helpful when my niece and I came in to find a present for her brand new baby brother. Lovely team and great assortment of quality items. Highly recommend.

Just full of useless cheap stuff, overpriced Vera Bradley, and cheaply made clothing. There are a few nice things here and there but you have to hunt.

Nice store, very well kept and kind friendly helpful staff. Parking is shared with other stores in area & handicap parking is available access is easy. Great store for browsing and packed with lots of goodies for everyone!!

I love The Paper Store for gifts and misc items. I particularly like the Littleton store. All of the salespeople are friendly, helpful, and warm which makes the experience extra nice!
