“Everything went great. They communicated well. Drop off and pick up of the storage unit was seamless. Very happy with all aspects of our experience. We rented a pod that sat on our property for a year while we renovated our home. It was a great solution for us and the pod kept everything in perfect condition. Even with all the rain this year the air in the pod never felt damp. Much better than keeping things in our basement.”

“This is a great storage facility. The place is kept exceptionally clean and orderly. It is very quiet, well run and secure. Pete, one of the managers there, has gone out of his way to help me. Thank you Pete. I am very grateful and highly recommend this place. The only drawback is the lack of elevators.”

“The facility is extremely well located, literally at the crossroads of Rt 2 and 495, and is easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. The front door has a concrete loading dock at a height that works with large vans and passenger cars alike, and is very well lit. The site is monitored by webcams, and you can get in using your smartphone (7 days a week, 6am to 10pm). Inside, it is clean, dry, well lit, and the units are easy to access thru the wide hallways using dollies and handtrucks provided by the facility. The units have security screens on top, but are otherwise open to the ceiling. The doors to the units are extremely sturdy/heavy, as are the hinges and latches. They offer a decent selection of unit sizes, most of which do not have direct external doors (a huge plus, as this is more secure and pest-and-weather-resistant), though they do offer a few large units with outside-facing garage doors. The new owners are very friendly and available if you need help with anything, even by phone (who does that these days?). And, the rental rates are very competitive, especially given how convenient the location is.”

“Have been with SROA Littleton, MA for over 2 years. Had a debit card expire and forgot to update the auto-pay. Manager Josh sent an email notifying me of the late fee and then waived it as soon as I updated the card. Anytime I've had any questions, Josh has been very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.”
