“Remedium is not a chain pharmacy (e.g. CVS). Their business is filling prescriptions and they do a great job. In Jan 2023 my doctor prescribed Adderall of which there was a national shortage. The _only_ place I could find that had it in stock was Remedium. Their staff is friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with. If they were not so far away I would have all my prescriptions filled there.”

“Nicest pharmacy I’ve ever been into. Came because my son’s prescription was out of stock at CVS and Ayer Family Pharmacy could fill it. There’s something to be said about using a small town pharmacy. The staff was incredible, not like robots at the big pharmacies, everyone is so kind and wholesome. You can tell the owners respect their employees and truly value them. Pharmacy was very well kept and clean. “My mom is currently the bakery manger at this store. Each time I would come here, I would always buy a thing or more. I’ve never had a problem. Food is always up to date and staff is very nice. This is always a clean store. Been to other Shaw’s stores and was not at all impressed with it. However the Shaw’s in Groton is always very clean and staff is very friendly and welcoming.”

The CVS is a decent size and you can usually find what you need.The only issue I have is with CVS itself in that my extra care card and coupons don't work. I get the coupon printouts assigned to my ID but then when I go to use them, they say they don't work or aren't for my account. I only have the one account. But now I just get most everything on Amazon. It's cheaper and I don't have to worry about the hassle of going here and hoping it's on sale.But for the CVS itself and the staff, they've been good to me!”

“From my experience from the front end of the store to the pharmacy the staff work really hard. Yes, they are under staffed but put everything on the line for their customers.My biggest concern is how the customers treat the employees when there's a misunderstanding, need to wait a bit longer or simply unable to help. Customer service is taken very serious here but like most customers they can get very disrespectful and take it personally when they don't like the answer they were given. The pharmacy is were I see the worst side of the customers. The pressure of getting medicine is one thing but screaming at the staff is crossing the line.As a customer and human being, please have more respect for someone who is trying to simply do their job and stop taking it personally.”

“Yesterday I went to get a vaccination and found it was quite busy at around 5:30pm, which is not surprising because it's a small but apparently popular store. I was amazed how the three pharmacists were juggling the customers in line, their computer screens and orders coming in that way (I assume), the phones with more orders and questions, the meds and the syringes, always trying to prioritize what needs most attention at any moment. They were extremely busy and under pressure but still managed being very patient and professional with people, which really impressed me. It looks like often folks like to complain in google reviews, so I wanted to make little effort to express my appreciation. Thank you!”
