Went to Haffner's on a sunny Sunday and there were maybe 6 cars queued up for the car wash. It took over a half an hour to get to the front of the line. If you go, go early to avoid the line. If you are thinking of going mid-day, drive over to the Acton Car Wash on 2A instead. Haffner's will burn 1/8 of a tank of gas while you are waiting in line.

Went in to get my truck, work is sitting in his car he gets out of his car he walks over and starts rinsing down my truck and Andy sends me in everything is going good till I get to the end and the exit garage door is locked and closed so now I'm stuck in my truck the rinsers and blowers are going, im stuck inside the car wash, i start blowing my horn and no one is hearing it, the worker is sitting in his car, finally after my truck was pushing the exit door the system shut down, I had to get out if my truck, walk thru the carwash and tried to open the entry door (garage door) finally i got out and theres the worker sitting in his car, finally a employee that had just come in, shut everything down, we walked back thru carwash and opened the door d, all this time the other employee is still in his car, after two years paying for there monthly subscription I will not be using them.Running a car wash is not brain surgery, you open the entrances door and the EXIT DOOR. Employee was also smerking like it was a joke, needs to be fired.

I went to the Haverhill (125) location earlier this morning to get a car wash. I had previously spent a great deal of time scrubbing my windshield and hood of pine sap, leaving streaks all over. I went through the wash the first time and noted streaks remaining after the wash completed. I circled back around to tell the attendant and he immedatley said, "You paid for wash, you don't to explain, come right back through!". He and the other staff person scraped my windshield with a razor blade, and scrubbed it as well as the rest of car so thoroughly. Both staff were so kind and pleasant and happy to assist me. They really went above and beyond and I am very grateful.Unfortunatley, I don't have their names and am hopeful the gentlemen working at 7am on Tuesday 8/29 receive the recognition the deserve.

$9 for basically a spray down. I would much rather wash my car by hand, at home, but water restrictions prevent that. No self spray car wash in the area either. Was not impressed overall.

Most car washes give you a decent wash but at Haffners, there’s an employee who actually soft scrubs your vehicle and then power washes it BEFORE going into the actual car wash. It def is better to get a soft, human-powered scrub prior to the mechanical part . They also have a decent monthly car wash club you can join .
